Public green spaces of specialized use Establishes: - the objectives of managing green space Law 350/2001 on territorial planning and urbanism (2006, 2008) Defining terms, actors and procedures. Which urban functions should be associated with types of green spaces. - delineates administrators - budget allocations Law 351/2001 on the National Planning System Settlement Network (2006, 2007) Establishes qualitative and quantitative indicators according to the rank of the settlement.
