Designed as a walkable corporate office campus and retail district with a nod to new urbanism, Fountains at Gateway meets the needs of office tenants as well as upscale restaurants, shops and consumer services. Office and retail buildings are situated around a central landscaped plaza with multiple fountains and pocket parks, and are interconnected by a Fountains at Gateway will include 400,000 sf of office space and 70,000 sf of retail space. system of walkways that lead to the adjoining city greenway.
