The didn't have enough of the trees I needed and gave me larger ones the same price We had been planning the front yard remodel 6 months. We on a tight budget, do most of the work ourselves and shopped around and visited numerous nurseries and tree supply companies. We did not really know how to pull together the look that we wanted. The trees were smaller than promised. They were planted backwards. Some of the trees were rejected as they were damaged. The replacement trees took a month to get installed. The planting team could not have been better!! It is so easy to find what you need at Moon Valley Nursery. Everything is organized. We had great help with selecting the type of tree that would grow the best in the area we had selected a planting. The actual planting was done so quickly. We will continue to select this nursery again. Rich lied to me, and then compounded it by telling his boss that he had told me things he hadn't. His boss, the lady site manager, then gave me a hard time, insisting Rich had told me the things he didn't. CANCELLED my order and went elsewhere. Won't do business with LIARS. Bob Robson was one of the best employees I've worked with. He did "what he said he would do". Trusting an employee of any business will always guarantee my return business. Everything was excellent from customer service, to products, to installation, to cleanup. No need to go elsewhere. Cody was so helpful in getting us the right trees our HOA area. He's knowledgeable and easy to work with He know his stuff and extremely friendly and willing to help in any way Bret is Very knowledgeable. Moon Valley was to hold them us until we were ready to receive at our new home in final stages of construction.we were assured that our plants would be secure and cared.recently when we... Great selection of plants and knowledgeable staff. Not necessary the cheapest in town but they get some really well-rooted bed planting offerings that really flourish once they are in the ground. If you are looking large, well-established trees, this is the place to go. Beautiful surroundings as well. From the start to the end we received nothing but helpful, professional, kind service Very pleased with MVN. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Isaac Bamboa was awesome. Install of plants a little pricey although they did a better job of leaving the area neat and clean around the large trees they planted than the smaller plants I had landscaper who does my trimming monthly put... We know that Moon Valley will provide specific inmation this climate, the amount of sun required, watering schedules, and offer products that will be just right this climate. Great customer service, fair prices and good quality. Remember - you get what you pay! Thank you Jonas and Team everything! The overall experience was good. The only complaint would be that the installation team was a bit reckless on sight. Left property torn-up and trampled. The team was pleasant and worked hard but more respect property and clean-up would leave a better impression of the company. It has only been... Shortly after my trees were planted, one started losing its leaves. I called the salesman to tell him I thought it was going into shock. He tried to tell me that it was due to the cold and that it would come back. I told him this started bee the cold and I did a scratch test and the branch was not... Page 5 of 6

The crew that installed the trees did a great job, digging three holes to plant three 36-inch box trees in around an hour. The trees were planted without any damage to the limbs or canopy and I expect to have beautiful shade trees filled out... Great customer service and fair pricing. This visit, I purchased only pots. However in the past, on multiple occasions, I had many plantings, mostly trees. The crews were always on time, polite, knowledgeable and neat. Great place! Great prices! Page 6 of 6
