Where could these uses be located (identify on the map)? Ideas from community forum include: Retain light industry / service commercial uses Create Industrial Park near highway Create Arts District, provide artist/maker spaces Provide new housing (micro units or live/work or ) Where are there existing buildings or land uses, including County uses, that you think should be retained in the longterm vision? Where are there large under-utilized parcels in the area, that could become redevelopment sites in the future? Smallscale infill opportunities? 84
