2 The City of Indianapolis is undergoing the completion of RebuildIndy projects. Through Mayor Ballard s RebuildIndy initiative, investments and infrastructure improvements are being made in neighborhoods. Improving our neighborhoods will make our City more attractive for economic growth. 2

3 Flooding during even small rain events is common in neighborhoods in Indianapolis, IN. This standing water after storms makes roads impassable and reduces the service life of pavements. The flood waters can also drain into nearby CSO s or sanitary sewers. 3
