1 Project Name Project Status Project Funding Project Manager PJ 2144 Clayton Rd-Treat Blvd Intersection Improvements Widen the Clayton Road/Treat Blvd intersection and upgrade the traffic signal. Construction of the project resumed the week of March 27th. Concrete curb, gutter & sidewalk poured. Signals energized. Two accesible ramps poured. Remaining accessible ramps to be completed in early July. Asphalt paving to follow. Measure-J Funds, Measure- C Local, Gas Tax and OSIP Grant Funds This project will construct pedestrian infrastructure improvements by installing secure crossings that will connect the Monument Corridor community to the business districts along Willow Pass Road. PJ 2239 Central Concord Pedestrian Improvements & Streetscape Construction for this project is on-going. Milestones that have been accomplished: Paving and restriping of Willow Pass from Market Street to Galindo Street; Pavement repair, slurry, and bike lane striping on Broadway Street from Market Street to Harrison Street; Various Curb Ramp improvements throughout the downtown area; Completion of various Curb Ramp improvements throughout the downtown area; Crosswalk repairs and powerwash throughout the downtown area; Tree Lighting on Grant Street from Park St to Concord Blvd; Tree planting and Irrigation installation on Clayton Road/Concord Boulevard/Sutter Street Triangle area. Measure-J TLC, Gas Tax, General Fund and Measure-C Funds Work that is still pending: New Signal installation at Clayton Road and Sutter Street; Power connection through PG&E experienced setback and is rescheduled for August 8; Installation of various site furnishings throughout the downtown area. Project completion is scheduled for end of August 2017 pending PG&E connection.

2 PJ 2242 Replace Pump Components at 4 Parks Replace Pump Systems at Ellis Lake, Newhall Park, Cambridge Park, and Concord Community Park. Concord Community park equipment installed; work complete in April 2016, fencing work complete; irrigation line scheduled for winter Public Works continues scoping work for Ellis Lake Park. Pump System contract work at Newhall Park complete. Measure WW; Parkland Fees - Zone A; Parkland Fees - Zone C PJ 2277 Downtown Concord Bicycle Lane Improvements This project consists of the installation of bike lanes, pedestrian/bicycle safety modifications and some construction and repair of sidewalk and curb ramps in the downtown area. Streets include: Clayton Rd, Concord Blvd., Oakland Ave., Grant St., and Mt. Diablo St. Construction contract was Awarded at the May 9 Council meeting; Construction expected to begin in end of July. CMAQ, Measure-J, Gas Tax PJ 2285 Various Locations in the City of Concord Upgrade Existing Traffic Signals, Install New Traffic Signals, and Related Improvements Including ADA Upgrades Provide traffic signal upgrades on Willow Pass Rd, Oak Grove Rd, Treat Blvd, and nearby intersections. All traffic signals installed and operating. Punchlist items being completed. Highway Safety Imp. Program (HSIP); Measure- J; Gas Tax Prop. 111 Rod McHale rod.mchale@cityofconcord.org PJ 2293 Traffic Signal Oak Grove & Sierra Install new traffic signal and related improvements at the intersection of Oak Grove Road and Sierra Road. All work is complete. Punchlist items being completed. HSIP; STP/CMAQ; Prop. 111 Rod McHale rod.mchale@cityofconcord.org PJ 2318 Detroit Ave/Whitman Rd Pedestrian Improvements This project will widen the sidewalk on the bridge along with constructing a connection to the existing sidewalk at the north end and a crosswalk at the south end to create a continuous safe passage across the bridge. The traffic striping along Detroit Avenue will require re-striping to accommodate the lane shift due to the new sidewalk on the bridge. Construction contract was awarded by City Council at the April 4, 2017 meeting. Construction scheduled to start week of July 10th with completion by October of this year,, TDA Article 3, Measure J 28a

3 PJ 2331 Pavement Rehabilitation - Salvio Street & Oak Grove Road Pavement Rehabilitation on Salvio St. from Parkside Dr. to Port Chicago(plus new sidewalk on north side of street) and Oak Grove Rd from Monument to Whitman. Project will include installation of storm drain and fiber optic conduit on Salvio St. and fiber optic conduit on Oak Grove Road. Construction is complete. City Council accepted the project at the June 27th Council meeting., Measure J Mario Camorongan mario.camorongan@cityofconcord.org PJ 2341 Citywide Sidewalk Replacement Pilot Program This project will bring a contractor on board to perform basic sidewalk, driveway, curb and gutter repairs in an on-call basis. On-Call Contract is Active. Work orders can be issued. This contract is currently being managed by Public Works. Measure J, Property Owner Contribution PJ 2332 Maintenance Project 5 Zones 4 & 5 This project is a part of the City's Annual Pavement Maintenance Program which includes the slurry and/or cape seal of pavement maintenance improvements on residential streets within Zones 4 and 5. Construction contract combined with PJ 2333 to be awarded by City Council on July 11, 2017 with construction to begin in August. Completion is anticipated in November of this year, ; Gas Tax; Sewer Fund PJ 2333 Repair Project 6 Zones 4 & 5 This project is a part of the City's Annual Pavement Maintenance Program which includes pavement maintenance repairs on residential streets within Zones 4 and 5. Construction contract combined with PJ 2332 to be awarded by City Council on July 11, 2017 with construction to begin in August. Completion is anticipated in November of this year, ; Gas Tax

4 PJ 2349 Ellis Lake Park Playground & Park Improvements This project will construct a new playground area at Ellis Lake Park, including site grading and paving, installation of a concrete seat wall, accessible ramps, perimeter fencing, irrigation and planting, procure and install the playground equipment and provide an engineered wood fiber playground surfacing. Contractor started work on May 1 and has ordered equipment for the Ellis Lake playground with expected delivery in mid-july Playground excavation is complete and contractor has started stormdrain installation. Work expected to resume in early July with anticipated completion in September, Measure WW Fund PJ 2349A Ellis Lake Park Pathway Repairs Repair pathway at Ellis Lake Park. Design is complete. Construction contract awarded by Council on June 6. Construction to start in July with completion in September. General Fund,, Measure WW, Parkland Dedication Area A PJ 2351 Ellis Lake Park Restroom Building Installation Construct ADA compliant restroom at Ellis Lake Park. Construction is complete. City Council accepted project at the June 27, 2017 meeting. PJ 2352 Meadow Homes Park Playground Installation This project will construct a new playground at Meadow Homes Park. The playground will include separate play areas for younger and older children, connected by an area containing swings. Playground substantially complete and opened to public on June 30th. Several punchlist items remain, as well as items for consultation with equipment supplier. Parkland Dedication Area A and B, Measure WW Fund

5 PJ 2357 Citywide Accessibility Improvements No. 3 This project will construct new/upgrade curb ramps at 10 intersections at various locations throughout the City of Concord. Approximately 46 curb ramps are to be constructed/upgraded to meet ADA compliance and provide accessibility for disabled. Construction is substantially complete with 95% of the ramps completed. Construction is currently on hold facing difficulties in obtaining a Bart permit for two remaining ramps near the North Concord Bart. Construction will resume and complete as soon as Bart Permit has been approved. Measure J; CDBG Pavement rehabilitation improvements on Solano Way from Broadmoor Ave. to City Limit, Wren Ave. from 6th Street to Clayton Way, and Sixth Street from Clayton Road to Willow Pass Road; misc. concrete improvements as needed. PJ 2361 Repair Project 2 Construction started in early June. Construction of ADA compliant curb ramps ongoing at Solano Way. Contractor completed construction of new fiber optic conduits at Wren Avenue. For the month of July new storm drain pipes are to be constructed at Wren Avenue and Sixth Street, followed by new curb ramps, curb and gutter. Pavement replacement at Solano Way scheduled to start the week of July 17, followed by pavement rehabilitation at Sixth Street and Wren Avenue.
