Alan Peters and Heather MacDonald A Housing Needs Projection Tool for the Iowa Finance Authority. This macro software was produced as part of a grant from the Iowa Finance Authority. 2 ez Alan Peters and Peter Fisher. 1998,1999. TAIM and TAIM and related software products (TAIMgis, 2 TAIMExSys, CityDataPreparationTool). TAIM was developed for local use by the Iowa Department of Economic Development. It provides fully interactive federal, state and local ez 2 business tax simulation services. TAIM is a more comprehensive version of TAIM and was developed for business tax policy researchers and consultants (available at The related software products provide GIS, Expert System and specialized data entry capabilities for the base software. Spatially, the services cover some of the larger metropolitan areas in Iowa and are focused on planimetric, housing and environmental issues.
