7 design MHN Design Union has earned a reputation as one of Sydney s most progressive architectural firms having led the design of several urban renewal projects in Green Square and Bondi Junction. With a passion for designing buildings that are bold yet beautiful, and with a strong focus on sustainability, MHN Design Union delivers a fresh vision of modernism and reinvents the urban landscape. Evolving form At the core of the design for Evolv is an internal atrium that opens the building to the vista and to the sky, and to light and air. This enables the apartments to achieve optimal cross-flow ventilation and natural light while detailed treatments to the recessed loggias create visual interest. Luxurious lift foyers within the atrium deliver residents to their apartments. Taking design cues from a classic terrace-style entry, each residence is introduced by an elegant two-metre entry vestibule. This filtered zone creates a sense of arrival and delineates the dwellings as unique private spaces.

8 interiors Beautifully appointed interiors by Weir Phillips Architects have been designed to create fresh and spacious living environments. The flooring provides continuity from the public to private areas and reinforces the open nature of the apartments and their connection to the internal atrium and to the views and landscape beyond. Neutral colours and finishes are complementary allowing occupants a canvas on which to personalise their spaces. Evolv possesses a clean, swept modernist form, lifting the apartments above a landscaped podium. The gentle sweep of the design opens the apartments up to the northern sun and panoramic views that range from the city to Botany Bay. Internally the curvilinear form gives way to a dramatic full height atrium, open-ended and with significant views to the south. Apartments are generous and carefully planned, with an emphasis on internal liveability, privacy and solar and view orientations.
