1 Stuart Raetz, Principal Consultant Stuart has over ten years experience in applied social research and monitoring and evaluation (M&E). He has undertaken M&E for a range of sectors including community development, natural resource management (NRM), primary industries and climate change in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. He has also worked internally as a Senior Advisor within the Victorian Auditor General s Office (2014) and in the Victorian Department of Primary Industries (2012) and as an M&E Officer with an International NGO in Cambodia ( ). Stuart is an active member in the Australasian Evaluation Society (AES) and has presented at the AES conference and the American Evaluation Association (AEA) conference.
