This paper tries to solve is how to design the four products (food, medicine, and health care products, cosmetics, medical devices) and transmission device and control system of temperature and humidity automatic acquisition of remote monitoring system, so as to solve the existing warehouse temperature and humidity monitoring devices commonly used in single type, stability is not high, poor, convenient the open problem of the poor. Intorduction With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology, people's life in the alternative, including food, medicine, health care products, cosmetics, medical equipment, the types of "four product is a machinery" is more and more rich, most of people at the time of purchase will notice the label production date and shelf-life, storage condition is often overlooked, and storage conditions are the key factors influencing the length of the warranty, if the improper storage of problems before the purchase, that people buy "four product machinery" will advance metamorphism, easy to cause personal injury, so the four product a machinery of storage warehouse environmental monitoring is a very important link. Current Treasury single widely used type of temperature and humidity monitoring device, with temperature and humidity sensors to detect environmental factors in the data warehouse, data compared with set the upper and lower limits of them when they send out alarm, administrator phone send alarm messages via the GPRS module to realize the unattended, this monitoring device requires administrator mobile phones in the mobile phone signal coverage area, once out of service area, cannot receive timely alarm information, and can't see multiple environmental factors of data warehouse, at the same time has the problem of stability is not high, poor convenience; In addition, the openness of the monitoring device is poor, only administrators can view the data warehouse environment factors, cannot meet the social public to the "four product machinery" safety information service and data requirements of interactive services, such as openness, early warning information, credit inquiry, data query and so on, also unable to satisfy regulators to realize remote, real-time, dynamic supervision and highly sharing demand information, the serious influence work efficiency, the regulators in the public mind the image of a negative impact. Summary Temperature and humidity remote monitoring and automatic data collection system, mainly including temperature and humidity sensor, MCU, GPRS module, the administrator phones and adopts B/S structure of the server and the user terminal device such as a hardware. GPRS module through the GPRS network MCU receives the data uploaded to the server, the user terminal via mobile phone access server temperature sensor detection, real-time data, on the phone when the signal is poor also can query the real-time data through the Internet, to improve the stability of the monitoring device. Also can query multiple real-time data warehouse, at the same time reduces effort, its application prospect is very broad.
