RECOMMENDATION: 4.5 ELECTRICAL Wiring at service panel GFCI's advised at wet or ground areas: Kitchen, Exterior, baths, laundry, basement, Garage, etc. 5.3 HEATING & COOLING Draft Regulator/Air supply Wire on top left 20 amp breaker has melted insulation. One improper double connection on a breaker below it. RECOMMENDATION: Correction by a Air supply tube has been extended and looped in such a way that its ability to deliver air TO the basement is greatly reduced. RECOMMENDATION: 03/22/10 Page 4

RECOMMENDATION: Correction by a qualified HVAC firm. 6.2 PLUMBING Water Pipes-Flow Blower cabinet door is bent and held on with screws and metal foil tape. There are untaped gaps at top right and top left of the door. This permits the blower to Condensation stains below uninsulated cold water pipe. ELECTIVE MODIFICATION Insulate water pipes to reduce the potential for condensation 03/22/10 Page 5

NOTE: Review of photo does NOT reveal a dryer 7.7 INTERIOR & APPLIANCES Windows/skylights Unapproved flex. brass gas connector at dryer. RECOMMENDATION: Correction by a qualified gas pipe fitter.
