Plural Component Proportioning Equipment Series 333 The WIWA high pressure proportioning pump is the heart of each WIWA 2-K equipment and consists of the following: - The patented air motor with mounting kit for air heating and air maintenance unit in a robust metal version. The motor is equipped with a piston rod and two guide axles with bushings in the upper and lower part of the air motor. This assures a tilt-free direct drive of all three material pumps. - The material pumps which assure an exact proportioning of each component. The pumps are equipped with a hardchromed piston and fixed packings, which are adjusted automatically by tensioning springs. - The pressure and metering monitor with one large pressure gauges for hardener. The pressure of the hardener is monitored to prevent off-ratio mixing. A pressure above or below the adjusted tolerance will shut down the unit automatically. - The air pressure regulator cluster for control of main pump and accessories.

Pressure and Metering Monitor - shut down at off ratio Pre-heating Timer start the water heating, the heating water circulation and the agitators automatically before you start spraying (not in EX version available) 3. Mixing Block & Static Mixer The Mixing Block is equipped with 3/4" ball valves and mounted on a Portable Plate and has dispensing valves for manual ratio check A stainless steel static mixer with replaceable mixing element is included. 4. System Flushing (cleaning) The flush pump model R- for cleaning of the internal parts in contact with mixed fluid. Water heating system 50 ltr. insulated container for flush water with immersion heater and cover 30 ltr. insulated container for heating water with immersion heater, circulation pump and cover The heated water is pumped through the pressure tanks and the hose package (modificated in the EX-Version) 6. Water-Heated Pressure Tanks The individual components are pumped from the supply containers into the heated pressure tanks using an extrusion pump. The water heated pressure tank has a double wall with excellent heating properties. The automatic filling system is controlled by a pneumatic level sensor and maintains the max. level. Both tanks are mounted with electrical agitators and pressure regulator with safety valve Pressure Tank for Base, 60ltr., Carbon Steel with level control, water-heated and insulated with electric agitator Pressure Tank for Hardener 45ltr., Carbon Steel with level control, water-heated and insulated with electric agitator 7. Feed Pumps Feed pumps are mounted on twin-post lifts. 4 8. HP- Heaters The temperature of both components is increased using three WIWA 3500 High Pressure Fluid Heaters (2xA, 1xB) mounted on the proportioning unit. Hose package and Gun The water heated hose package connects the Proportioning Unit with the Mixing Unit. It is insulated and wrapped with a protection hose. The water heating is explosion-proof. Hose lengths 15 mtr. Base: 1x Fluid Hose NW19 (3/4"), 460bar Hardener: 1x Fluid Hose NW13 (1/2"), 500bar Flushing: 1x Fluid Hose NW6 (1/4"), 410bar Electrical rating: Voltage: Temperature range: 3500 W/mtr. 230V C A 5 m spray hose (NW13 (1/2") 460 bar) is included, mounted with an Airless WIWA 500F PFP gun with swivel and reversible tip. The PFP gun is modified with an extra large swivel. 10.
