9 DELIMERS / DESCALERS The Nassco Pro Series line offers two industrial delimers/descalers for commercial kitchen, foodservice operations and HVAC applications. Choose your delimer based on the water quality/hardness level in your area and facility, and on the application or surface being cleaned. 73 Delimer (concentrate) Medium aggressive, low foaming, phosphoric acid formula dissolves and removes mineral deposits like limescale, rust and hard water scale. Excellent product for use on acid-safe kitchen appliances and equipment, dishmachines, kettles, boilers, HVAC, and for CIP. Dilute 1:64 to 1:5 based on mineral buildup level.
