Graymills reserves the right to change prices and/or specifications at any time. MINIMUM INVOICE: $50.00 EXPEDITED ORDERS: $50.00 minimum or 10% per line-item whichever is greater for all items not in inventory at time of order. CARRIER FLUID SHIPMENT SURCHARGE: $9.00/parcel (UPS Only) HANDLING FEE: Small package shipments via Fed-Ex/Ups/etc. are subject to a preparation charge of $10.00 per order. Large and/or bulk items shipped via freight carrier will be subject to a preparation charge of $30. Due to environmental regulations, shipments to Mexico and Canada requiring a special certified pallet will incur an additional $20 per pallet surcharge ($50 total). STANDARD PAYMENT TERMS: Standard terms are 1% 10 days, net 30 days. For large orders and/or orders of custom items, 1/3 of total must be paid with receipt of order, 1/3 upon shipment of equipment and final third in standard terms. Past due accounts will be assessed a service charge of 1½% per month. FREIGHT POLICY: F.O.B. Chicago, IL CLAIMS: Obvious freight damage must be noted on delivery receipt. Claims for concealed damages must be reported in writing to the carrier within five days of receipt of shipment. Shortage claims must be reported in writing to the carrier and Graymills. Any shortages should be noted on the delivery receipt at time of delivery. RETURNS: Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from the factory and issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA number must appear on authorized returns. Return shipments must be prepaid. RMA numbers expire 30 days from date of issue. Returns for standard products resulting from customer error may be assessed a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection and repackaging. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation of Custom or Special Orders If it becomes necessary to cancel an order, Graymills shall be compensated for performance up to the cancellation date. This includes engineering, production, material and component purchases and cancellation fees Graymills incurs. The minimum cancellation fee is 25% of the purchase price.
