Doors lead out to the fire escape and parking area to the side, a further fire escape door at the rear of the building and Ladies and Gents toilets. TOILETS Ladies toilet has ceiling light point, two cubicles with obscure glass window in each, two sinks set in vanity units, central heating radiator and hand dryer. 4 TOP DINING AREA In the main dining areas there is a mixture of wall lights and ceiling spotlights and 12 central heating radiators. The heating system is run by two separate boilers, one located in the kitchen for the top half of the restaurant and the other in the ladies for the lower half. DINING AREA KITCHEN Double doors open into the kitchen which has wash-up area with double stainless steel sink and drainer, dishwasher and floor to ceiling tiles. This leads to the main cooking area where the fully equipped kitchen has been recently modernised with a lot of new equipment replaced or added (separate inventory of this is available on request). Kitchen is open to the restaurant with large exposed service area, extraction unit over the cooking area and two obscure glass windows to the side of the property.
