Turn your knife sideways and gently cut through the flesh to make a little pocket, repeat with your knife the other way. Slice the chorizo and place inside the pockets, folding back the chicken to hide the chorizo. Wrap the breasts in the parma ham and then in cling film and then in foil. Crush the garlic and add a little olive oil. Cook the chicken in a hot oven for 5 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove foil and film, brush with the garlic butter and gently fry in a non-stick pan until golden brown. Serve with a nice green salad. Slowly add beaten egg and vanilla until mixture binds together. Form into a ball, cover in cling film and put in fridge to rest for hour. Dust with flour then roll out and line individual tart cases evenly with sweet pastry. Blind bake in top part of oven for 5 minutes on 50ºC. Filling ¾ cup caster sugar 3 large eggs 45g unsalted butter /6 cup of cream Zest of 3 lemons ½ cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice Put all ingredients together in heavy bottom pan, on medium heat stirring continuously with a whisk, slowly bring to a simmer. Continue stirring until mixture thickens just be very careful eggs do not scramble. Take off heat and pass through a sieve. Fill pastry cases and bake in the oven for 0 minutes on 50ºC. When cooked allow to sit for 5 minutes then take out of tins and allow to cool on wire rack. With hand held propane burner lightly toast centre of each tart to give a golden crust, or decorate with fresh fruit. MAKES TARTLETS Save time and energy with Circulaire Fan Cooking. 19 Cooking Key features explained... Expert features on our Hobs: Ceramic Hobs Efficient, easy to clean, they offer fast and responsive heat, saving you time cooking and cleaning. Gas Hobs For control and precision, a gas hob is great for giving instant, adjustable heat. Our gas hobs feature a range of burner styles, such as simmers and wok burners. Wok Burner Ideal for stir-frying, this high speed gas burner distributes heat evenly around the base of the wok for fast, efficient and perfectly cooked dishes. Choose from a range of cavity styles: Double Oven Cooker These cookers have two separate ovens and a grill. This gives you the best of both worlds, with greater oven flexibility and capacity meaning you can cook and grill at the same time. Twin Cavity Cooker A cooker with an oven on the bottom and a separate cavity at the top that features a grill. This means you can grill and cook at the same time, or use the top cavity to keep food warm. Single Cavity Allow our single cavity oven to take care of your cooking creations. The extra large oven features a combined grill giving you maximum cooking space. Save energy with our flexible Grills: Solarplus Grill Heats up rapidly, reaching full heat in just 5 seconds. The speed of the grill means the food stays moist as more efficient cooking helps prevent food from drying out. It s 0% more efficient than a conventional grill too and offers variable heat control plus a twin grill option. Twin Grilling You can choose to use the grill on full width or use just half the grill if you re grilling a small amount, which will help to save energy. With variable temperatures too, this makes the grill versatile and economic to use. Precision Control Precision control on some ceramic hobs allows a greater degree of temperature choice by offering even more flexibility when selecting a heat setting. Solarglo Zone Faster and more responsive heat than standard ceramic hobs typical time to full heat is up to 5 seconds. The zones are also protected from overheating as they include a thermal limiter. Solarglo Dual Zone The dual circular design increases cooking flexibility since the hob can be used as a single or double zone, accommodating small and large pan sizes. Solarglo Multi Zone The multi zone design increases cooking flexibility since the hob can be used as a single zone, a double zone which can accommodate large pan sizes, or a triple zone to accommodate fish kettles or griddles. Solid Plate Hobs Offering a more traditional style of cooking, our solid plate hobs feature zones that heat up faster than standard solid plates. They also retain residual heat meaning they stay hotter for longer so they are great for simmering. Safety Cut-Out Our cookers with glass lids are fitted with a Safety Cut-Out. This cuts off the supply of gas if you accidentally close the glass lid with the burners still switched on. Hob Hot Indicators A valuable safety feature on all ceramic hobs. If the surface of the ceramic hob is still hot the indicators will light up, even after you have turned off the controls

Zoned Gas Oven Our gas ovens offer different temperature zones. These zones allow a number of different dishes to be cooked at the same time. The centre shelf position maintains the selected temperature, while the shelf positions above are a gas mark higher and the shelf positions below are a gas mark lower. A Flame Supervision Device, (also known as Flame Failure Device) is fitted to all gas and dual fuel cookers and is part of the gas burner system. It detects if the flame is accidently extinguished and automatically cuts off the gas supply. LPG If your home uses liquid petroleum gas (LPG) rather than a mains gas supply, then we have a great range of LPG and LPG convertible cookers in a choice of widths and colours. Adjustable Feet Our useful height adjustable feet on all our freestanding cookers help you to ensure you can set your cooker at the right height for use.
