Keep hands and other body parts away from the front of the sprayer. For example, do not try to stop the paint flow with any part of the body. This sprayer builds up an internal pressure of,00 psi during use. Follow this Pressure Relief Procedure whenever you stop spraying and before cleaning, checking, servicing, or transporting equipment to prevent serious injury.. Engage trigger lock.. 3 Installation Installation. Apply pipe sealant to exterior threads of metal prime valve housing.. If your sprayer has a removable stop sleeve, make sure it is installed into the sprayer. ti98a. Use /6 in. deep socket to install valve into pump. Torque to 0 in-lb. ti97a. Position knob () in fully clockwise position and press onto valve. ti986a. Make sure line on retainer face is aligned with the mark on the valve housing. Kit 6M87: Valve retainer should protrude approximately.0 in. out from valve housing. 0 ti976a 6. If applicable, install washer () onto knob (). ti706a.0 in. 7. Install valve handle () onto stem. ti977a Kits 6H9 & 6H6: Valve retainer should protrude approximately.7 in. out from valve housing. ti97a.7 in. 8. Insert pin () into valve handle ().
