2 The powerful, versatile single motor drive system L-Tron Auto Pro 450 lb washer extractor 2 The Jensen L-Tron AutoPro takes hands off laundry processes to the next level; with the patented hopper design, the L-Tron AutoPro enables the machine to receive loads with the hopper in the closed, and ready to run position. This greatly reduces load time, as there is no L-Tron Open Pocket Washer Extractors for both automated and stand-alone washrooms Available with Auto-Pro loading hopper or standard door with observation glass window waiting for a loading chute to swing out of the way, and the main washer door to close. In addition, as the load is received through the hopper, water and chemicals are added to the first bath during the load operation also decreasing cycle times. This time savings is realized with every wash cycle! The hopper design also eliminates the need for tilting the machine back to receive the load. This again greatly reduces the load time. It also significantly reduces the space required for the machine and makes it much safer to operate as well as much less wear on parts due to less movement.

Also having the machine on risers greatly eases the task of unloading onto a belt conveyor or shuttle. With no clutches, jackshafts or shock absor bers, the L-Tron is possibly one of the simplest machines to maintain. The reductions in maintenance, loading, and formula run time that JENSEN USA has designed into the JENSEN L-Tron will simply add to your bottom line. Just one more way you save with JENSEN L-Tron. As a safety feature we also provide brackets and braces which should be used when performing maintenance on the L-Tron. This design eliminates unwanted tilting or closing of the door while the washer is being maintained. L-Tron Controls The L-Tron Control System uses an industrial PLC that is linked to a color touch screen for clear visualization and user friendly control. This system has 100 wash programs and provides complete control of the following: Water levels Chemical dosages Temperature control Cylinder movements and wash/extract speeds Loading and unloading programs For washroom applications with multiple machines, the L-Tron Compound Control manages the operation of the Shuttle Conveyor and the loading and unloading sequence of all washing and drying machines. This system also enables machine control functions to be performed centrally and provides a central interface with the chemical dosing system. The L-Tron Control System has the following standard features. Ratio Washing This feature uses the batch weight received from the loading system to determine the water level and chemical dosage. This system reduces water and chemical consumption, optimizes wash performance and prolongs the life of the linen. Intelligent Balancing System This patented system assures consistent and accurate distribution of the load prior to extraction, thus eliminating unnecessary
