3 PRODUCT PROFILE NANOFOG is a liquid ULV fogger suited to the application of spraying water & oil based liquids in fine particle form for disinfection, pest/germ/odour control applications etc. The fogger runs on a high speed FHP Motor that provides maximum thrust of spray, suitable for fogging. All models are portable products. Entire body is made of Aluminium Alloy and internal components are made of S.S. & Engg. plastic to resist corrosion and chemical attack. The storage tank ranges from 6.5 Ltrs. (SS316L grade) To 7.5 Ltrs. (HDPE grade), sufficient enough to dispense chemical combinations in various proportions. NANOFOG is thus an ideal unit for all fogging applications. PRINCIPLE: The machine consists of a nozzle assembly, a blower assembly and nozzle housing. The motor thrusts a high volume of air (circulated at approx. 20,000 RPM) through the nozzle system that has two sets of directing vanes, directing the air in opposite directions. This action causes a negative air-pressure (suction) in the storage tank and the liquid is sucked through a suction tube up to the nozzle system, where the shearing action occurs. Liquid is then broken up into very fine particle size ranging from 1 40 microns and dispensed into the area with output of 1 ~ 18 LPH. Now also available in sub-micron size with output of 1 ~ 4 LPH. SALIENT FEATURES: 1. Less Power Consumption and more Area coverage, as compared to any other Conventional fogger, in its category available in the market today. 2. Aluminium made body parts resist corrosion and chemical attack. 3. Since the supplied liquid is broken into very fine particles on the nozzle assembly itself and the motor does not come in contact with the liquid that passes through the suction tube, the motor-burning problem faced in conventional foggers is absolutely eliminated here. 4. The unique design of NANOFOG combined with its Air Filter does not allow dirt particles to accumulate inside the unit. 5. Maintenance is almost negligible. Requires neither any skilled technician nor any special tools. 6. The unit has a vertical adjustable head and can be rotated (using our accessory: ROTOSTAND) to gain better direction, maximum results and greater efficiency. 7. The unit comes pre-fitted with a Liquid Flow Control Valve for ease of use. Fog output is controlled with this valve. Higher the volume of output, larger will be the fog particles and vice versa. 8. Its foggy effect is clearly visible, thereby ensuring that even the remote areas are not out of its reach. 9. Its compact design and low weight utilize very little space and the unit can be installed without making any structural changes or modifications. Page 3
