Forward Plates Dynapac offers a full range of forward plates, specially designed for compacting asphalt and granular soils. They are ideal for small repair and maintenance work, such as driveways and pathways, parking lots and backfilling in trenches. Forward and Reversible Plates Dynapac s forward and reverse plates constitute an economical alternative and compliment to a roller. Being all-round machines, they are specially designed to compact soil in narrow areas. Gravel Sand Silt Clay

3 Rammers Dynapac s range of rammers is designed for compacting cohesive soils, such as clay and silt but also sand and gravel. They are ideal for small repair jobs and in narrow areas, such as trenches or housing sites. Double Drum Rollers Double drum rollers are suitable for compacting thin layers of granular soils and asphalt. They are mostly used for small jobs, repair work and compaction in narrow areas. High frequency technology and a powerful diesel engine give impressive performance with regard to the machine size. Rockfill Asphalt Trench Rollers The Dynapac LP8504 roller is the perfect choice for compacting cohesive and granular soils in connection with backfills, foundation work and similar projects. 4 Rammers A wide range for tough conditions Dynapac rammers are suitable for applications on both granular and cohesive soils, where strict requirements are imposed for compaction in narrow areas, trenches and repair work. Made to cope with tough conditions Through the use of a cyclone pre-filter and a high capacity main airfilter, together with the built-in fuel filter, the Dynapac rammers are made to cope with toughest of conditions, where a demand for hard hitting compaction is needed. Serviceability and daily maintenance The LT rammer series features extremely easy access to all daily maintenance points. Simple solutions like changing the airfilter without use of tools are much appreciated by the user. Operation Idle Stop Air breather Easy handling for top performance To ensure easy handling and optimal performance Dynapac engineers have developed a multi-functional fuel tank featuring: Breather shut off, Electrical shut off, Shut off fuel and Throttle control in three fixed positions (Stop/Idle/Run). The fuel tank has a high capacity built-in fuel filter for optimal engine performance. The fuel filter can be changed with filled tank. Dynapac rammers equipped with Honda GX100 engine have a new carburator allowing full acceleration from idel to full speed without interruptions. Together with the new Dynapac Air Breather System, which replaces the primer pump, the engine can be very easily started after refueling.

8 Forward Soil & Asphalt Plates Versatile plates for increased efficiency The Dynapac LF forward plates are designed for compacting asphalt and granular soils. With Dynapac technology, you get quality, reliability and value for money. Speed and performance The latest Dynapac LF forward plates are fast. Approximately 20% faster than previous Dynapac models and with increased quality of the finished job. Our forward plates give you the possibility to reach a better end result than previously, such as with the specially engineered bottom plate, designed to leave no marks. Freedom of choice The LF plates are easily converted from soil to asphalt work, simply by hooking on a water tank. Outstanding in operation In tight and complicated spaces the LF plates prove their excellence. The handle is aligned with the centre of the plate for supreme and easy manoeuvrability, and it can even be raised to a vertical position in order to avoid obstacles. It is easily folded for transportation and storage. Dynapac vibration reducing handle reduces exposure to hand-transmitted vibration compared to plate models without such handles. The handle gives high operator comfort and the vibration values level are below the 2,5 m/s 2 daily exposure action value for an eight-hour reference period according to EU directive EC/2002/44. For the Dynapac LF75, as an example, the test values are 6 m/s 2 without handle and 1,2 m/s 2 with the vibration reduced handle. The values were obtained by laboratory type testing in accordance with EN500-4 standard. The values are not adequate for use in risk assessments and values measured in individual work places may be higher. The actual exposure values and risk of harm experienced by an individual user are unique and depend upon the way the user works, the workpiece and the workstation design, as well upon the exposure time and the physical condition of the user.

9 Water distribution a key quality factor The Dynapac LF -series is designed to water the entire contact surface is uniformly. The key is a unique water distribution system, integrated into the bottom plate. No pipes, and no sprinklers to clean. The water consumption is easily optimized by means of a flow adjustment valve, easily reached by the operator. Together with the removable water tank, with a large secured cap, this makes refills swift, simple and less frequent. 12 Reversible Plates Excellent allround plates for soil compaction Dynapac reversible plates are known for their high compaction efficiency. Over the years Dynapac has studied compaction and can today recommend the right Dynapac machine for your application. The range of reversible plates are an economical alternative or compliment to a roller. These allround machines are specially designed to compact soil in confined areas, such as in trenches and parking lots, among other areas. Reversible plates are also suitable for special applications, such as block paving. Dynapac also offers a range of fully hydraulic reversible plate compactors, the LH range. Heavy-duty bottomplates for tough work The bottom plates on Dynapac LG reversible plates are made of Hardox 400, which is abrasion resistant with a hardness of 400 HBW. Easy-to-adjust handle and service friendly design The new LG400 Dynapac forward and reverse plates feature handles easy to adjust for each operator and a service friendly design with easy access to all vital parts.

They are mostly used for small jobs, repair work and compaction in narrow areas. Oil-cooling system in world class To help avoid overheating Dynapac rollers are equipped with controlled oil temperature. This helps reduce unplanned stops thereby increase productivity by offering longer time of operation, longer service intervals and longer lifetime of the machine. Large water tank To increase the productivity, the machines are equipped with large watertanks for fewer refills of water. The water tank also serves as protection of the hydraulical components.
