Electricity and water supplies, water outlet, the Internet and telephone lines are accessed through floor ducts, the location of which will be indicated on the grid showing the location of the exhibitor s stand.

2.1 Ordering electricity, including consumption For stands that are not ordered from Exponex, s.r.o., the exhibitor is (with exceptions permitted by Exponex, s.r.o.) obliged to have its own distribution box fitted for 5-conductor distribution or for TNS 3L + N + PE, 50 Hz. A standard 230V/16A L + N + PE plug should be used for single-phase connection of the exhibition stand. Three-phase appliances must be fitted with the recommended 400V/32A 3L + N + PE round plug. For the purpose of protecting visitors to the exhibition from electrical injuries and for fire protection reasons it is not permitted to connect any electrical appliances of higher rated powers that do not have a separate N and PE conductor or do not have any PE conductor at all, without having the character of double insulation or where the wiring cross-section is not compliant with the installed power. The exhibitor will have the right to the supply of electricity to his completed stand (on which a prior inspection has been performed) for the period beginning two days before the opening of the exhibition and generally ending at 6.00 p.m. on the last day of the event. The use of electricity prior to this period will be permitted on the basis of an individual request from the exhibitor (assembly company). All temporary electrical equipment in exhibition halls and on open areas is generally switched on centrally at 8.00 a.m. and switched off, again centrally, at 7.00 p.m., with the exception of sockets designated for a refrigerator, where such sockets have been ordered. Separate orders must be placed for technological equipment requiring a permanent electricity supply. The price of electricity includes a 230 V or 400 V electricity supply to the stand and its use throughout the assembly and dismantling period (maximum take-off 2 kw/230 V for electric tools). It also includes the lease of the corresponding part of the hall distribution box and consumption of electricity during the course of the exhibition. A charge for electrical inspection work will be made automatically on the supply ordered. The supply of electricity to the stand itself consists of the installation of one 230 V socket (not including a distribution system on the actual stand). The power demand on the stand requested by the exhibitor must include an enumeration of the demand of all electrical appliances on the stand, i.e. lighting, hot plate, coffee maker, kettle, water heater, computer, television and DVD player, exhibits, etc. The following examples may help you submit more precise orders: lighting on a 9 m 2 stand cca 0.5 kw, kitchenette cca 3.5 kw, coffee maker/percolator cca kw, electric kettle cca 2 kw, double-hob hot plate cca 2 kw. These figures are merely approximate the figures you supply will depend on the individual appliances concerned. The company realising the stand is responsible for electrical inspection. The exhibitor will not be liable for unsatisfactory electrical installation. NOTE! If you are going to use a refrigerator on your stand, we recommend ordering a special refrigerator circuit that will not be turned off at night. The supply of electricity is not included in the price of a refrigerator circuit, but must be included in (added to) your order for total consumption of electricity. 2.2 Water supply and outlet Connection of a sink, i.e. ordinary taps, to a closing valve and an ordinary trap outlet with a 5/4 pipe is included in the price of water inlet and outlet. The loan of a sink is not included in the price of water inlet and outlet. A price of 450 CZK/hour will be charged on more extensive plumbing work over and above the connection of a sink (each hour commenced will be charged as a whole hour). This service is payable in cash at the organiser s cash desk before work commences. 2.3 Cleaning Daily cleaning vacuuming + bin emptying is performed daily at a time at which the exhibition centre is closed to the public (visitors). If daily cleaning is ordered for the duration of the exhibition (3 days), general cleaning is included in the price and need not be ordered separately. We ask the exhibitors to take out full bin bags to the aisle after each exhibition day. General cleaning cleaning of the stand following the completion of assembly work before the fair begins on 22 May Your exhibition stand must be prepared for cleaning by 6.00 p.m. at the latest on 22 May Other services Exponex, s.r.o. provides free (at the times given above) working lighting, a fire and health service, and trade fair protocol. For a fee, it provides ordinary stand cleaning, floral services, forwarding and customs services, insurance services, a telephone and fax centre for exhibitors, a press centre and a business centre, hostesses and interpreters, promotional and photographic services, the production of graphics, window-dressing services, accommodation, and other services given in the order catalogue for the exhibition event. Exponex, s.r.o. will send exhibitors Organisational Instructions and an Order Catalogue of Services along with exhibition grids in advance of the beginning of the exhibition. 2.5 The Internet Two types of Internet connection are available at the exhibition centre for a charge a landline connection and a wireless Wi- Fi network (not available on open spaces outdoors). The landline connection is accessed by connecting to a local ETHERNET 10/100/1000 MBit/s network. Devices attached must have an ETHERNET 10/100/1000 MBit/s network card with the possibility of connecting an RJ-45 connector. The maximum speed of the connection is 3 MBit/s. This type of connection is recommended for those requiring connection stability. Exhibitors not requiring high connection quality and stability can use the wireless Wi-Fi network. The quality of this connection depends on the number of clients connected at any given time. Unauthorised use of Wi-Fi transmitting equipment by an exhibitor may cause line interference and a reduction to the quality of the connection. In such case, the organiser will not be held responsible for the full functionality of the connection. The maximum connection speed is 1 MBit/s. Devices connected must have a Wi-Fi network card. IP address acquisition from the DHCP server must be set following connection to the network (for both types of connection). To connect to the network, you must subsequently enter your user name and password (provided to the exhibitor at technical services during exhibitor registration) in your Internet browser. The connection of one device is included in the basic price of

the connection for both types of connection. After you log off, you can use the same user name and password on a second device. Exhibitors who have ordered a connection (either type of connection) may place an order for the connection of an additional device at a favourable price. The allocation of fixed addresses is, following agreement with the organiser, possible in extraordinary cases for a charge of 1,000 CZK. Exhibitors requiring a connection of a higher speed should contact the organiser of the event. The exhibitor is responsible for the protection of attached devices against viruses, spyware, adware and other dangerous programs. If any such dangerous program is identified on any device connected by an exhibitor, the organiser will be entitled to disconnect it without compensation until such time as the given programs have been removed by the exhibitor. The use of exhibitors own Wi-Fi transmitters is prohibited in order to prevent interference with the Wi-Fi network on the grounds of the exhibition centre. Should the operation of such equipment prove essential, it must be consulted with and approved by the organiser s technician and no DHCP server service may be started up on any device connected. 3. Technical Conditions of Construction Work connected with construction and dismantling may be performed only within the bounds of and in accordance with valid legal work, safety and trade provisions, including fire and hygiene regulations, regulations relating to work safety and the law on waste. 3.1 Project approval The exhibitor or a person accredited by the exhibitor is obliged to submit to the organiser (contact: ing. arch. Petr Říha, tel: , priha@exponex.cz): a request for exhibition stand approval along with a plan of the exhibition stand for approval (see supplement) if the size of the exhibition area is equal to or more than 30 m 2 or exceeds a height of 2.5 metres at the highest point of the exhibition stand. The plan of the exhibition stand must contain a description of the construction, including the building materials used. More complex constructions must also outline the static calculation - as prepared by the authorized structural engineer - and the dimensions and spot heights in the plans, views and eventually in a 3D projection. The organizer reserves the right to request the exhibitor, or person accredited by the exhibitor, to complete the plan prior to the approval of the construction of the exhibition stand. Other stands, i.e. simple single-storey stands, are not subject to the obligation of submitting a stand plan for approval. The deadline for Request for exhibition stand approval is 4 weeks at the latest before the opening of the exhibition, i.e. by 25 April 2017 at the latest. If the deadline is not met, an additional fee of CZK 3,000 will be imposed for each exhibition stand. The exhibitor, or person accredited by the exhibitor, will be obliged to prove payment of this fee and to present the agreed Approval Report at the time of taking over of the demarcated exhbition area (see article 3.3 of these Technical Conditions of Construction). 3.2 The architectural rendering of exhibition stands and the permitted height of exhibition stands Exhibition stands may not interfere with or restrict surrounding stands. Their ground plan may not exceed the allocated area, even in the case of projecting height features. The back and side walls facing neighbouring stands above a basic stand height of 2.5 metres must be structurally and graphically neutral. Exceptions to the given colour scheme of these walls are possible only with the written agreement of the stand s neighbour, submitted by the company to the organiser as part of the request for stand approval. No part of the stand may touch the construction, walls or roof of the exhibition hall. The maximum possible height of stands in Hall 3 and Hall 4 is 8.5 metres. Stands whose walls exceed a height of 2.5 metres in the direction of a neighbouring stand must submit the agreement of neighbouring exhibitors for approval along with the stand plan. Where a height exceeds 3.5 metres, a gap of 1 metre from neighbouring stands must be observed at this height. The given restriction does not relate to stands of more than one storey. All areas covered with graphics (including any suspended eye-catchers ) and facing a neighbouring stand may be placed at a distance of no less than 2 metres from the edge of the neighbouring stand. Exceptions are possible only on the basis of the written agreement of the neighbour concerned. 3.3 Taking over and handing back your exhibition area The exhibitor, assembly company or stand constructor accredited by them is obliged to take over the allocated exhibition area from the building administrator in the proper manner before the commencement of assembly against a deposit of 3,000 CZK for each area occupied. This deposit will be returned when the given area is handed back following the end of the exhibition. The deposit will be forfeited in whole or part in favour of the organiser if any of the general or technical conditions and instructions for participation in the exhibition are not observed. The organiser has the right to demand proof of payment of the lease of the exhibition area and mains connections during the take-over of exhibition area. Take-over will be performed in the office of the organiser on the grounds of the exhibition centre by the member of the organiser s staff responsible. The exhibitor is obliged to hand back his leased exhibition area, completely cleared and clean and in the condition in which he took it over, i.e. including the removal of floor coverings (carpets, PVC, etc.) and the removal of adhesive carpet tape at his own cost, and the return of all movables leased from the organiser, in an undamaged condition by the end of the dismantling period. A record must be made of the hand-back of the exhibition area. If the exhibition area or leased movables are damaged or soiled, the exhibitor is obliged to pay any damages arising in full. If the final deadline for vacating the exhibition area is not observed, a contractual penalty will be charged to the amount of 250 CZK/m 2 for every hour for which the area is not vacated. In extreme cases, the exhibition area will be cleared by the organiser at the cost of the exhibitor. The exhibitor will bear any risk associated with clearing the given area.

3.4 Waste disposal Leftover paint and other toxic substances that might pollute or pose any other danger to the environment may not be poured down drains, sinks and waste outlets. The exhibitor (or the company accredited by the exhibitor) is obliged to take away such unused substances and dispose of them at his own cost. The exhibitor (construction company) is obliged to keep his exhibition area and adjacent communications clean throughout the entire assembly and dismantling periods. The exhibitor (construction company) is obliged to dispose of all waste created during the course of assembly and dismantling (remnants of carpet, PVC and tape, chipboard, glue, etc.) at his own cost. Skips (containers) for waste can be ordered from the organiser s order catalogue. Following the end of dismantling, the exhibitor, assembly company or constructor accredited by them must remove all materials used, including carpets, PVC, chipboard, adhesive carpet tape and unused glue, etc. at his own cost and hand the cleared area back to the building administrator. The deposit will be returned (see article 3.3) if the rules relating to cleanliness and waste disposal are observed. Should this not be the case, photographic documentation will be taken, a penalty charged to the exhibitor (construction company) and the area cleaned and waste removed at his cost. This penalty and any costs incurred will be taken from the deposit (see article 3.3). An additional charge will be made if the deposit does not suffice to cover this penalty and costs. 3.5 The commencement of dismantling The removal of exhibits and the performance of stand dismantling are not permitted before the end of stipulated opening hours on the last day of the exhibition event. Dismantling may not begin until the event has ended. 3.6 The entry of persons and vehicles onto the grounds of the exhibition centre The entry of persons and vehicles onto the grounds during the assembly period, during the course of the event and during the dismantling period are covered by the Organisational Instructions issued for individual events. 3.7 Smoking in exhibition halls Smoking and handling open fire are strictly prohibited on all exhibition premises. This prohibition applies in full during the preparations for the event (the assembly period), during the course of the event itself, during the dismantling period and at all events held on the grounds of the exhibition centre. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas and (during the course of exhibitions) on exhibition stands equipped with non-flammable ashtrays. Ashtrays may be emptied of cigarette ends only into non-flammable wastebaskets, which must be emptied daily following the end of opening hours. 3.8 The use of pyrotechnics, laser effects and artificial smoke The operation of pyrotechnics, laser effects and artificial smoke in exhibition halls must not interfere with fire safety equipment. They may be used in accordance with the valid regulations only following prior consideration by the head of the company s department of fire safety and health and safety at work and following his approval. Only effects for use in film and television and for stage and table effects in accordance with Czech Mining Authority Decree 174/1992 Sb. on pyrotechnical products and their handling may be used. 3.9 The use of flammable materials in construction The use of polystyrene foam, plastic film, textiles made from synthetic fibres, reeds, straw, paper, cardboard, etc. is not permitted in the construction of exhibition stands, walls fillers, ceilings and eye-catchers. Highly flammable structural materials for the construction of exhibition stands acting as roofing or cladding, including decorations, may not be made from materials in flammability classes C2 and C3 (in accordance with Czech National Standard CSN ) or must be impregnated against fire. Materials that are liable to drip or fall during a fire may not be used in structural walls, ceilings and soffits. The same applies for freestanding single-storey objects with membranes or tent or similar constructions, either in exhibition halls or on open spaces. The exhibitor is obliged to submit to the organiser on request a valid protocol (attestation) on flammability from an accredited Czech testing laboratory or a protocol from an authorised company on the impregnation against fire of the flammable material used, this as part of the form for a request for project approval, see article 3.1 (stating the impregnant used) and a sample of the adapted (impregnated) material. The use of decorative materials made of plastic that is not self-extinguishing (polystyrene, plastic films, Plexiglas, polycarbonate, etc.) is not permissible. Only non-flammable materials may be used as the material of light cladding with the function of a roof or external wall (membrane, tent or other similar reinforced or non-reinforced textile, films of various kinds, etc.) in the construction of freestanding single-storey objects on open spaces with a capacity of more than 199 persons. Materials of flammability classes no higher than C2 (in accordance with Czech National Standard CSN ) may be used for objects with a capacity of no more than 199 persons. If constructing stands of a height of more than 3 metres with the use of flammable materials, the exhibitor (assembly company) is obliged to submit a calculation of the fire load performed in accordance with Czech National Standard CSN , article 6. This calculation must be submitted for approval before the commencement of construction along with the request for stand approval. The maximum value of the fire load calculated is 60 kg/m 2 (tab. A.1 item 3.8 CSN ). The exhibitor (assembly company) is responsible for ensuring that stand construction is not begun before written approval of the stand by the organiser Advertising eye-catchers Advertising eye-catchers located above exhibition stands (balloons, etc.) must be approved separately, while observing the following conditions: a) eye-catchers may not exceed the permitted construction height stipulated for the individual exhibition hall. b) eye-catchers may not be located above communications. c) only non-flammable and non-explosive gases may be used to fill eye-catchers.

d) advertising balloons and eye-catchers must not interfere with electronic fire alarm systems Welding and flame cutting During welding, oxygen cutting and electric-arc cutting and any other method of thermally joining or dividing metals, the working area must be protected against glare and flying sparks, including protection of the floor covering with a thermally insulating non-flammable mat. Such activity may be performed only by persons with valid documentation authorising them to perform such work. Joining board, plumbing installations or plastics with an open flame may be performed only by persons demonstrably instructed in the given work. Welding equipment and gases (including propane-butane bottles) must be removed from exhibition halls following the completion of work. Such work may be commenced only following the issuing of written authorisation from the organiser and under the condition that all fire safety measures stipulated in writing are observed before the commencement of work Grinding, cutting and planing in exhibition halls Work that leads to the creation of small flammable waste (planings, sawdust, etc.) may be permitted by the organiser under the condition that machinery and tools used are fitted with bags or suction extraction. Flammable waste must be cleared up on an on-going basis. Immediately after such work is completed, the exhibitor (assembly company) will dispose of the waste by taking it off the grounds, including any flammable dust created during the given work. Work leading to the creation of large amounts of flammable waste and large quantities of dust (e.g. during the use of ineffective suction equipment, the cutting of whole packages of chipboard, machine sanding of plasterboard fillers) is prohibited in exhibition halls in view of fire safety and with regard to neighbouring stands Gas cylinders, vessels and equipment with flammable or combustion-aiding gases It is prohibited to place and operate gas cylinders, vessels and equipment with flammable or combustion-aiding gases in exhibition halls buildings where a large number of people assemble. If they form part of an exhibit or piece of technology on display, their use is conditional to the approval of the organiser. The exhibitor (assembly company) is obliged to notify the organiser of such plans in advance and to present documentation of any vessel pressure tests performed, installation wiring and accessories. Basic conditions of operation: a) the equipment may not be left unattended during operation. b) the cylinder valve and all stops on the equipment must be closed if the site of operation is left temporarily unsupervised or in the absence of its operator. c) the entire equipment must be secured against handling by unauthorised persons The placement of means of transport with a combustion engine The placement of means of transport with a combustion engine in exhibition halls is not permitted. If a means of transport is to serve as an exhibit, all fuels must be removed from it (except the minimum quantity required for it to be driven away). Its electricity source battery must also be disconnected. If this is not permitted by the vehicle s electrics, the situation must be reported to the gatehouse of the exhibition hall for the purposes of ensuring heightened surveillance outside opening hours. In exhibits with their own source of electricity, this source must be disconnected from installed appliances following the end of a presentation or by the end of opening hours on each day of the exhibition at the latest The use of heat appliances The use of heat appliances of all kinds is permitted under the following conditions: a) appliances must be in perfect technical condition and may be used only for the purposes for which they were made. b) a safe distance in accordance with Czech National Standard CSN tab. 1 as per Decree 23/2008, part 8, must be observed for heat appliances whose documentation does not give a stipulated safe distance from flammable surfaces (e.g. floor coverings, furnishings, etc.). c) should it not be possible to fulfil this condition due to a lack of space, flammable constructions must be protected by a noncombustible heat-insulating facing (plasterboard, Heraklith) and the distance of appliances from the facing must be 20 cm, with the facing overlapping the edges of the appliance by 10 cm to the sides and 30 cm above the appliance. d) heaters that direct heat to a single point must be installed in such a way that there is no flammable or even mildly flammable material or objects in this area to a distance of 1 metre. e) if heaters are installed on flammable or even mildly flammable tables, shelves, etc., they must be placed on a non-combustible heat-insulating mat. f) no appliance that is not designed by the manufacturer to be left operating unattended may be left unattended while in operation. The person responsible for the operation of the appliance must be stipulated in writing. The appliance must be demonstrably unplugged from the mains when the stand is left unattended Handling and storing materials Handling, storage and assembly work involving exhibits, packaging, sales material and other material are all prohibited in evacuation routes and installation aisles and in the immediate vicinity of fire extinguishing equipment and electrical distribution equipment (distribution boxes, distribution stations). Unneeded material (parts of assembly pieces, packaging, etc.) must be cleared from the exhibition hall daily. In view of fire safety, no material may be stored behind stands or on the roof construction of exhibition stands. If the stipulated time for the removal of crates and other packaging material is not observed, the organiser has the right to have all such packaging removed at the exhibitor s expense, with the exhibitor having no right to compensation.

3.17 Communications in exhibition halls The exhibitor (assembly company) is responsible for indoor communications (the aisles between exhibition stands) remaining permanently open and for free access being maintained to all areas and open spaces and around the exterior walls in places in which technical equipment and fire safety equipment is installed Fire protection and safety equipment Fire hydrants, tools in fire sheds, portable fire extinguishers, fire alarms, etc. installed on the grounds of the exhibition centre may be used only in the case of a fire. Any use of, damage to or other handling of them must be reported immediately to the company s fire prevention and health and safety department and the administrator of the building in question. Unrestricted access must be maintained to all electrical distribution boxes, mains switches, electronic fire alarms, fire hydrants, fire extinguishers, etc. If a piece of such equipment is accessible, but not easily visible, its location must be indicated by an appropriate safety sign The supply of electricity The exhibitor will have the right to the supply of electricity to his completed stand (on which a prior inspection has been performed) for the period beginning two days before the opening of the exhibition and generally ending at 7.00 p.m. on the last day of the event. Separate orders must be placed for technological equipment requiring a permanent electricity supply Responsibility and safety conditions The organiser supplies electricity of a voltage of 230/400 V with a tolerance of +10 and 10 %. The organiser will not, however, be responsible for any damages caused to the electrical equipment of exhibitors if the given tolerance is exceeded as the result of faults on the local or distribution network. The exhibitor may not interfere with the electrical distribution on the exhibition grounds and is obliged to allow access to an accredited inspection technician and the bodies of inspection of the District Work Inspectorate to all areas of his stand for the purpose of inspection and tests of electrical equipment. The exhibitor (assembly company) holds full responsibility for assuring the safety of persons present on his exhibition stand and on premises used for assembly and dismantling (workers, guests, etc.) during the course of the assembly of his exhibition stand, the assembly and adjustment of exhibits (machinery), its operation and dismantling. Installations adjudged by the inspection technician charged by the organiser to be in violation of the given provisions will be disconnected from the electricity supply The installation and operation of temporary pieces of electrical equipment Temporary electrical equipment installed at the exhibition must be executed in accordance with Czech National Standard CSN and related Czech National Standards; the following conditions must be observed, in particular: a) Protection against injuries caused by electric current is performed by automatic disconnection from the source in the TN-S network in accordance with Czech National Standards CSN ed. 2 and CSN All socket circuits up to 32 A and all final circuits must be protected by a residual-current circuit breaker sensitive to 30 ma. A protective conductor must connect all electrical equipment used on the stand, with the exception of instruments and appliances of protection classes II and III. Live parts of equipment must be protected in accordance with the valid standards and regulations. b) CYKY, H05RN-F and H05VV-F cords and cables, or cables and cords with similar technical properties secured against mechanical damage and fastened in an appropriate manner so as to guarantee the safety of the given wiring and the integrity of its covering, may be used for electrics on exhibition stands and other structural or building entities for which flammable materials are not used. The connection of the cables and cords used is permitted using a socket plug system or in conduit junction boxes used for this purpose in electrical engineering. Connections must be performed using closed terminal connectors in such a way that their contact resistance does not exceed a value of 0.1 ohms and that they are not under tension so as to avoid any undesirable disconnection. Connecting wires must have a copper core with a cross-section of no less than 1.5 mm 2. Wires with simple YH type insulation may not be used for heavy-current distributions. If multiple socket outlets are used, any unused sockets must be secured against any possible misuse (unauthorised off-take). The use of three-way adapters and modifications of them is prohibited. c) CYKY, H05RN-F and H05VV-F cables, or other cables and cords with the desired technical properties, may be used for electrics on exhibition stands and other structural or building entities that are made (in whole or part) from flammable materials on which wires are mounted. Connections must be made as in point b). The protection of wiring on such stands must be one class lower than that stipulated for the type of wire used. If the wiring passes through a wall made of flammable material, it must be housed in a duct providing safe protection against fire. Accessories, such as switches, sockets and conduit boxes, must be mounted on a non-flammable, thermally insulating base 5 mm thick copying the edges of the mounted object. Alternatively, objects designed for assembly on a flammable base or in a flammable base may be used. In this case, wires of a cross-section of less than 1.5 mm 2 and wires with simple insulation may not be used for electrical installations, and the use of open wire nuts or substitutes for them is prohibited. The use of YH type wires is prohibited. d) Light fittings must be designed so as to satisfy Czech National Standard CSN , and the following provisions apply to their assembly and use: the minimum height above ground of light fittings is 1.8 metres, unless other safety measures are taken and approved by the inspection technician.

the mounting of light fittings to structural components made from flammable materials is permissible only if one of the following conditions for the assembly of these appliances is observed (regardless of the voltage under which the fitting is operated): The light fittings are closed from all sides and fitted with a sign by the manufacturer indicating that the light fitting is designed for assembly on or in a flammable base. The light fittings are fitted with a base made from a non-flammable material a thermally insulating material at least 5 mm thick copying the assembly area of the object. The light fittings are placed and fixed at a distance of at least 20 mm from a fastening area made from a flammable material. e) Constructions or structural elements or entities in which metal parts of the construction and large metal elements on which electrical wiring and equipment is mounted are conductively connected to one another must be connected by a protective wire, usually with a protective distribution box connector. f) It must be possible to turn off the electrical installation on the stand (with the exception of refrigerators) with a main switch if necessary and in the case of any danger. The stand s main switch must be placed in such a way that it can be accessed at any time. g) Instructions for the installation and mounting of low-voltage lighting in accordance with the demands of Czech National Standard CSN Single-purpose equipment and equipment in special objects Low-voltage lighting installations: Low-voltage lighting equipment is comprised of the following components: 230 V supply (primary side) The supply transformer for low-voltage lighting is generally connected to the mains by a cable through a 230 V socket in the stand s distribution system. Cords of the H05RN-F and H05VV-F type with a cross-section of no less than 1.5 mm 2 may be used as flexible wiring. The same condition as given in points c) and d) apply where such equipment is used. a transformer A short-circuit-proof protective safety transformer in an insulated lining is required, with the pertinent designation from the manufacturer conforming to the requirements of Czech National Standard CSN EN If installed onto flammable material, this transformer must meet the same conditions as those that apply in point d) for light fittings. The use of transformers of an open design is not permitted. The power of the transformer must be selected according to the number of light fittings connected to it, e.g. 6 light fittings of 50 W = 300 W cca 300 VA. The power of transformers is generally given in VA. The secondary side of the transformer must be protected at least against overloading. Electronically controlled transformers may be in operation without protection of the secondary lead if the following conditions are met: The transformer is short-circuit-proof, with an in-built thermal fuse protecting against overheating, its winding protected against overloading if its operating conditions given by the manufacturer in relation to the type of wiring, length of wiring and wire cross-section are observed. a lead, generally 12 V (secondary side) The wiring, if not constructed for this purpose and made by an authorised manufacturer, must be performed from insulated wires right up to the light source. The smallest possible cross-section of copper wires permitted is 1.5 mm 2 depending on the size of the current flowing and the length of the wiring in view of a drop in voltage. light fittings Light fittings must be fitted with a shield for the light source (light bulb), or light bulbs with protective glass must be used. Point d) also applies for their assembly. 4. Health and safety at work 4.1 Basic information Health and safety at work must be assured in accordance with Act 262/2006 Sb. the Labour Code in the wording of later regulations and Act 309/2006 Sb., which sets out further requirements for health and safety at work, and Government Decree 101/2005 Sb. on detailed requirements at the workplace and in the working environment.
