The optional Start-Up Kits provide you with the necessary tooling and equipment to successfully install StreetPrint projects of varying size, scope and complexity. Depending upon the specific kit, the following equipment may be included: StreetHeat SR-120 The SR-120 is the largest model in the SR series of asphalt reheat equipment. Designed specifically for thermoplastics in large areas and crosswalks. Using the same reciprocating technology and features as the SR-60, the SR-120 offers a greater heating area of 130ft2 (10ft x 13ft) (12m2 3.05m x 3.96m). * full lane width heating * electronic control panel * variable heating banks & powered wings * offset heaters to eliminate cold seams * self-propelled *easily maneuverable * Heat Soak function * adjustable heater camber * lightweight * proven design
6 StreetHeat StreetPrint Equipment StreetHeat SR-60 The SR-60 is the flag ship model that started the SR series of reheat equipment. The proven design of the SR -60 employs an innovative reciprocating infrared heater bed that allows the use of efficient, high-intensity true IR stainless steel alloy heaters to reheat the asphalt surface as well as melt thermoplastics. Features a gentle reciprocating heat with a heating area of 60 ft² (6.5ft x 9ft) *5.57m2-1.98m x 2.74m+. StreetHeat SR-20 The SR-20 is the most maneuverable pavement heater in the StreetHeat family. It has always been the optimal device for heating borders, corners, narrow strips and perimeters of uncommon shapes. It now gives the user the ability to heat 18 inch / 45.7 cm areas or by rotating the heater bank, 3 ft / 91.4 cm areas. Design for various applications including : * residential driveways * commercial parking lots * crosswalks * entranceways * pedestrian spaces * level medians Features * fully automated controls * adjustable heater camber * easily maneuverable * heat soak function * lightweight * proven design SR-20 is designed for situations where the layout of the pavement surface will not allow for efficient use of the SR-60. The SR-20 is ideal for heating areas such as borders and tight curves and driveways and accents. The SR-20 is the perfect tool for heating borders, and now you can rotate the heaters and run dual propane tanks, that offers even greater heating and melting exibility. * SR-20 includes an attached StreetHeat Jet Heater
7 Standard StreetPrint Tooling Equipment StreetHeat Portable Jet Heater The StreetHeat Portable Jet Heater is designed to deliver supplemental heat for touch ups. Its flexibility allows for excellent reheating of small areas for imprinting, completing asphalt repairs and preparing cold seams. The StreetHeat uses 1/3 less propane compared to conventional torches. Infrared Thermometer (C⁰ or ⁰F) This non-contact thermometer senses the energy of an object with an infrared detector. It measures surface temperature quickly and accurately. Easy to use: just point, shoot and read. Readings are shown in digital display. This portable, battery operated thermometer keeps a safe distance between you and the heat source and measures 18 to 400 C (0 to 750 F). Comes with a black case. Hand Held Finishing Tools The hand held finishing tool allows you to perform minor touch ups on an imprinted surface. StreetPrint Electric Hammer Finishing Bits StreetPrint Finishing Bits are sold individually. The electric hammer is not included and must be obtained separately. Finishing bits are to be used in place of the hand held finishing tool; they are not meant for continuous use.
