DESCRIPTION Units are one-piece, two-stage high-efficiency heat pump units, with a low profile, prewired, tested and charged at the factory. The units have field convertible supply and return openings and are intended for installation on a roof curb accessory (ordered separately), or for slab mounting (for horizontal duct connections). Units are designed to accept field-installed electric heaters. Units may be ordered with various factory-installed options. Field-installed accessories are also available. FEATURES Adjustable belt drive indoor fan standard on all units, with permanently lubricated motors. Direct-drive propeller outdoor fan totally enclosed with permanently lubricated bearings. Prepainted, galvanized steel cabinet with primer inner panels, certified at 500-hr salt spray test and noncorrosive screws. Large, easily removable panels provide ready access to unit components for rapid removal or maintenance. Two-in. disposable-type return air filters in dedicated rack. Filter access door for filter access and maintenance that requires no tools. Four-way valve operation. Low outdoor temperature cooling operation to 25 F ( 4 C) as standard. Acutrol metering devices precisely control flow to each circuit individually. State-of-the-art defrost control board which may be easily configured for defrost cycles of 30, 50, or 90 minutes.
