1 BIDDING REQUIREMENTS/INFORMATION FOR EQUIPMENT FOR OWOSSO PUBLIC SCHOOLS Owosso Public Schools desires to purchase equipment. Bidders are asked to bid on the complete package Sealed bids must be received by the Owosso Public School s Administration Office by 2 p.m. on April 15, 2013 in order to be considered. Bids must be in a sealed envelope and be clearly marked Food Service Equipment Bid. Box Alger Street Owosso, Mi The following is a list of requirements: Equipment must match all spec sheets Bid price must include shipping and handing fees All equipment must be delivered by June 17, 2013 All bids must include warranties Equipment utilized must meet all health code and fire code requirements Bid must be valid for minimum of 120 days or completion of project, whichever is longer The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
