5 10 Ton wisperkool Specifications The unit s structural frame is fabricated from 11 and 14 gauge steel. Access doors are fabricated from 14 gauge galvanized steel. Access doors are insulated for sound and condensate control. Other surfaces that contact condensate are insulated with 1" insulation. All frame surfaces are protected with an ATP high performance epoxy anti-chip powder coat primer. All frame surfaces are then powder coated with white TGIC weather resistant polyester on all interior and exterior surfaces. Additional surface sealer on the drain pan, condenser fan shelf and the floor of the compressor compartment to fight against rust, corrosion, salt, dampness and extreme process temperatures. Aluminum condenser guards and supply grill. Deflector shield over the top of the electrical panel for moisture protection. One 10 ton Bitzer scroll compressor with 132,000 BTUs per hour. Compressor equipped with RotoLock Adapters Hot gas bypass valve installed. Bitzer compressors use R410-A refrigerant. One custom built multi-circuit raised lance fin evaporator coil. One custom built multi-circuit raised lance fin condenser coil. Twin direct drive fans that deliver 3,062 CFM. Two ⅟₂ HP blower motors. One 2 HP condenser fan motor. One 26" diameter condenser fan.
