2 SPRAYERS, FOAMERS, AND PROPORTIONERS FOR DISPENSING AND/OR DILUTING CLEANERS, DISINFECTANTS, AND SANITIZERS. PORTABLE CART Portable cart is perfect for use where it is not possible to mount foaming systems or sprayers on the wall or simply where portability is preferred. The cart also allows the operator to conveniently move systems from one location to another where the required utilities are available. Use with EQ75, EQ50, EQ60 or EQ6. P/N EQ75. SANITATION SPRAYER II Hose end, wall-mounted spray system is used for selective spraying of two compatible chemicals or for rinsing. Simply open the appropriate ball valve for the desired application. An optional foam attachment (EQ0) is available for light foaming applications. P/N EQ50. FOAM MASTER Wall-mounted, air-operated foamer provides a thick, rich, clinging foam. Standard water hose easily connects to the water supply. Plant air (0-60 PSI) required to operate. P/N EQ75. DOSATRON Device delivers a compatible water/product mixture so precise that the chemical concentration can be validated, even when the water pressure fluctuates between 0-80 PSI. Can be used to dispense directly into a suitable external container, or as a spray system when ordered with an EQ6 package. FIVE GALLON PAIL PUMPS For dispensing compatible products from five gallon pails. A. Plastic pump delivers oz. per stroke P/N T60Q0 B. Siphon pump (constant flow until stopped by operator). ACID SPRAYER Plastic sprayer is specifically designed to dispense concentrated compatible acidic products onto external surfaces. Ideal for descaling animal cages prior to washing operations. P/N EQ0. VESTA MIZER Wall-mounted station blends a water/concentrate mixture that is dispensed into a suitable container for use. Operator simply pushes a button on the front of the unit to dispense. Connects to a standard garden hose outlet. Equipped with color coded metering tips for required dilution. P/N EQ. SPRAY CLEAN SYSTEM Hose end sprayer is ideal for a single product spray application. Compatible chemical application, clear rinsing, or on/off may be accomplished by changing the position of the trigger spray gun assembly. P/N EQ068. VESTA WASH 50 Hose end sprayer with plastic quart product bottle is especially designed for low-use areas. The wash, rinse, and on/off controls are all contained on the trigger assembly. WASHER CONTROLLED PUMP STATION Sturdy stainless steel enclosure houses three peristaltic pumps that can be used to deliver multiple products to washers that have internal microprocessor timing functions, but do not have chemical pumps built into the washer. Pumps can also be installed in a remote location from the washer. The internal multiple relay board allows the installer to interface the pumps with the washer. Delivers 0 oz. per min. (8 ml/min.) CONCENTRATION CONTROL SYSTEM System contains a self-priming peristaltic pump and state-of-the-art control circuitry specifically designed to monitor conductivity and maintain a preset desired level of liquid detergent concentration. The system is used in cage or glassware washers that reuse wash water for subsequent cycles until it is manually drained and replenished with fresh water. Two models are available. REMOTE CONTROL MICROPROCESSOR Easy-to-operate microprocessor with self-contained pumps is designed to deliver multiple products in cage washers that automatically drain the water when the cleaning cycle is completed. The operator conveniently selects up to sixteen different formulas on the remote control pad for varying soil conditions. Both two and three pump models are available. TIMED DELIVERY SYSTEM Unique pump/timer system is designed to deliver a selected amount of a single liquid product in cage or glassware washers that automatically dump the wash water at the completion of the cycle.
