The house is in a quiet neighborhood near the Village section of La Mesa. Rehab Overview This home needed minor exterior work including painting, landscaping and new windows. The interior work included new granite countertops, newly finished cabinets, new flooring and new paint throughout. Both bathrooms were updated and the flooring was replaced. Contractor Overview A licensed general contractor, electrician, roofer and plumber were used to complete all work. EXTERIOR: General 1.Install new French doors (2) 2. Install new Front Door 3. Prep & paint exterior of house, fascias and entrance door. 4. Paint foundation walls in the back yard 5. Replace porch lights.
