4 SECTION I LEARNING ABOUT YOUR CAMTHERM CABINET Cambro has engineered the electric Camtherm Cabinets to provide an outstanding product line for both holding and transporting hot or cold bulk food products at safe temperatures, ensuring food quality is maintained. These cabinets allow you to store a wide range of food products safely and efficiently and will hold sheet pans, food pans or a combination of both. Each cabinet can be used for loading, holding, transporting and serving. The tough, durable, polyethylene, cabinets are insulated with highdensity polyurethane foam, which protects and insulates food from any external environment. Powered by a unique and highly efficient thermoelectric unit, which has fewer moving parts than conventional electric cabinet systems, each Camtherm Cabinet is extremely energy efficient, drawing minimal amps and will plug into any 110V conventional outlet.
