8 Panel Information Integrated Laundry W1930i / T1520i / T1570Ci These laundry units do not come equipped with a front panel. These units are designed to accept a panel supplied by the custom cabinet maker. Miele has a unique panel integration system which allows the laundry unit to align with the surrounding cabinets. Panel size is determined in the following manner: CPH Width: 23 3/8" for all machines Thickness: 3/4" in all cases Height: Determined using the following calculation: Miele "i" - Type Laundry unit Panel Height TKH HTC Panel Height = HTC - CPH - TKH HTC = Height to the underside of countertop CPH = Control Panel Height (Note 1) TKH = Toe Kick Height (min. 4") Note 1: Control Panel Height is determined by the height of the drawers in the cabinets. This height is adjustable between 4 1/2" and 5 3/4" with spacer strips provided. Note 2: Framed cabinets - A cabinet filler strip should be installed above the unit control panel as not to interrupt the continuity underneath the countertop. Lower Door Hinge Notch In certain installations, a notch may be required to allow the panel to extend below the lower door hinge (Note 3). Notch dimensions For this installation, center a 3/4" x 5/8" x 1 1/4" notch exactly 28 1/2" down from the top of the unit.
