3 1. Security declaration 1.1 Unsafe factors: 1.There was equipped with sharp blade in this machine. In the process of operation(meanwhile, the blade was running), it would injure the body of worker to put the hand(s) into the machine. 2. The used power of this machine was 220V(110V); it s demanded that operator operated according to the rules so as not to be shocked by electricity. 3. Repair the running machine. 1.2 Safety rules: 1. The machine can t be started arbitrarily without person who was familiar with the performance and operation rules of this machine, it s suggested that the operator should read this manual carefully again and again. 2. Prohibit arbitrary dismantling the protective parts what s related with the machine s safety. Before use every time, check carefully the tightness of each part. Check whether electric part was connected well and the switch could carry out the relevant action. 3. Prohibit arbitrary maintenance when the machine was running, if the emergency happened, the OFF switch should be pressed and the operation should be done after the power was cut off. 4. If material was blocked, shut down the machine, wear the protective gloves and pick up using the relevant assistant tools. 5. When use, note the warning mark, avoid the accident.

4 2. Specification and composition 2.1 Use Applicable industries: This machine was wide used for the recycling industry of waste resources. It s function was to separate the insulation layer of cable from the conductor to recycle the copper, aluminum, plastic and rubber etc which were convenient for the recycling. When machine was running, the running direction of machine was as pic. The cable was transported to gear, the up blade stripped and disposed the cable, made the insulation layer of cable and conductor be separated to achieve the recycling. 5 2.4 Carrying, transport and storing Carrying: The machine was small and exquisite, the weight was light; if transporting for a short distance, two workers could uplift; if the carrying journey was far, the other assistant carrying tool Transport: When transporting, the machine should avoid being crushed and impacted, use a certain fixed mode to avoid being damaged Storing: For the machine, it s suggested that user should put it in the dry ventilated condition within 24 hours 2.5 Composition: Composition: 1. protection part; 2. feed port; 3. electric control part; 4. gear part; 5. adjustment part; 6. discharge 7. transmission part Introduce function of each part

6 Protection part: be used to protect the worker to avoid causing an accident when the machine was running Feed port was made of pinch roller, star handle, square feed plate, support board and other parts. Main function: 1. The cable with diameter being Φ1mm-10mm was transported to the gear for stripping through the round hole of square feed plate. 2. The cable with diameter being Φ10mm-60mm was transported to the gear from the center of pinch roller and square feed plate, screw down or loosen star handle to adjust the interval between the pinch roller and square feed plate, so as to make the transport of cable in line to ensure the good stripping effect. The nut can adjust the position of blade to correspond to the center of gear, so as to obtain the perfect cut-in angle of stripping. Hand wheel

7 Blade Discharge part: The thimble was to prevent the electric wire and cable which have been stripped winding the gear. Main function: supply the transport power Electric control part: The power supply of this machine: 220V (110V), use the middle line N. User must use the guard wire PE. When starting machine, worker should check carefully whether the joint of each position was OK and each electric component was good, before the power was connected. After the check result was OK, the power could be connected. 2.6 Notes of test run Inspection 1. Check whether the fastening piece was installed fixed. 2. The transmission part is loosened or not. 3. The electrical part is OK or not Start machine 1. Switch on power and start the stripper machine. 2. Test the stripping to select the proper feed port.

8 3. Adjust the up adjustment device to achieve the proper stripping effect. 4. Batch stripping. 3. Operation 1. Read this manual in detail before use the machine. 2. The power of this machine is AC220V(110V); the power should be connected right. 3. After the power is on, press ON to start machine. 4. The feed part of this machine was made of many groups of feed ports and user should select proper feed ports to strip according to the article of manual. 5.After the processing was finished, user should press OFF button to cut off the power. 4. Common fault removal Common fault The stripper machine didn t work after started. The cable shook off the V type rabbet. The surface of cable can t be stripped. There was abnormal sound after machine was started. After being stripped, the surface of cable wound the major shaft. Removal method 1. Check whether power was connected. 2. Check whether the electric wire was good. 3. Check whether the motor was damaged. 1. Adjust the up adjustment device. 2. Adjust the nut of blade to make the blade and the center of roller accordant. 1. Renew to select the feed port. 2. Adjust the up adjustment device. 3. Adjust the blade nut and make the blade and the center of roller wheel accordant. 4. Check whether the blade was OK. 5. Replace a new blade. 1. Check whether the bearing was OK. 2. The component interfered or not each other. 1. Check whether the thimble was abraded and loosened. 2. Adjust the up adjustment device. 5. Maintenance:

9 1. Clean the machine up after use it. 2.The bearing should be coated lubrication. 3.The gear and blade should be coated antirust oil. 4.The gear should be placed in the dry site.
