4 LAB Dryer is a compact device dedicated to the laboratory glassware drying only. When combined in the same ward with LAB 500 serie washers, by skipping the drying phase using an external device, the glassware washer can be loaded earlier for the next cycle earlier, thus reaching higher productivity levels. This combination provides approximately the same throughput of glassware as 2 individual glassware washers. 2 different drying programs, 20 and 30 min. cycle time and one program to maintain the temperature Double temperature check, one inside the chamber and one into the air dryer. 7 Steelco LAB 680 is a large capacity glassware washer specially developed for laboratories that require to clean big quantities of items on a daily basis. The washing chamber is equipped with five washing/drying positions allowing the simultaneous use of up to four washing/drying levels and a powerful filtered hot air system. This machine is capable of cleaning bottles up to 100 lt / Gal US. Hinged drop down door counterbalanced for ease of operation and provided with visual inspection glass window. 8 Steelco LAB 900 high capacity glassware washer has been developed for laboratories that require to clean large quantities of items on a daily basis. The device incorporates a powerful filtered hot air drying system. The device allows the simultaneous use of up to three injection washing carts on four levels. The upper levels can be placed at different water/air connections depending on the height of the loaded glassware. Steelco LAB 900 accepts a variety of interchangeable standard and injection baskets and is capable of cleaning bottles and carboys up to 100 lt / Gal US capacity. 9 Steelco LAB 1000 glassware washer has been developed for those laboratories that are equipped with centralized washing areas. The machine is provided with a pass-through double door acting as a barrier between the dirty and the clean area.
