This model can satisfy all the production requirements combining both easy use and low investment with a compact solid machine.. The operator interface comprises a Touch Screen centrally positioned to enable all machine functioning parameters to be checked from both sides of the machine. Automatic Feeder equipped with 4 upper suckers and 4 lower suckers activated by electronic programmer. The machine is supplied with a LAP opening device for 10 mm or more. Front guard with automatic opening, allowing easy access should the machine stop for any reason. Two big windows facilitate the supervision of the machine during production. The reforming system for the back of the signatures comprises a lower and upper wheel guaranteeing the complete opening of the signature back for perfect centering of sewing stitches. The mobile saddle is equipped with a precise signature locking system giving perfect positioning of the signature on the saddle and guaranteeing a perfect centering of sewing stitches. The very compact design enables easy loading of the signatures on the hopper of the feeder and unloading of the sewn books. Device for cutting and automatic separation of threads: combined with book extraction equipment one by one of books can be connected in line a stacker for stacking sewn books. Unique design features allow the F150L book sewing machine to process all types of signatures. Utilizing all the newest technology helps make the FRECCIA machines simple to use and operator friendly. The maximum mechanical speed is 150 rpm. Fast set-ups and the exceptional versatility of the 4D feeder operations are just some of the features that make the F150L capable of fulfilling an unparalleled range of production requirements.. TOP SADDLE CONTROL A precise signatures locking system, on the top of the saddle, assure the perfect centering of the stitches on the signature back. VACUUM HEADING UP SYSTEM A mixed Vacuum and Pressure system to make easy pulled against register header inserted signature. In presence of signature not inserted, the vacuum system is switch off allowing the heading up system to work only with the pressure. PROGRAMMING The computer handles via servo motors the main size adjustments entered by the operator. New touch screen monitor is placed on a pivoting console for easy accessibility from either side of the machine. NEW F150L 4D LOADING, FEEDING AND OPENING Signatures to be sewn are loaded in the hopper. A photocell gathering control (optional) monitors the correct sequence of gathered signatures and stops the machine in case of mistake. The signatures are transported through the opening section in a shingled stream by means of geared belts. This unique system reduces by 50% the travelling speed of the signature, compared to a conventional transport of a signature at a time. Contact time with the vacuum openers is longer and the special movement of the suckers-radial rotation- ensures a gentle and precise opening of the signature even in presence of porous paper, heavy perforation and static electricity. The LAP opening device - standard in the F150L - is ready to work when programmed and does not require any installation. On request, a second LAP opener can be installed which will make it possible to have two additional vacuum-openings after the LAP. For porous paper, Ventura-type openings are available. SEWN BOOK STACKER Freccia mod. EASYSTACK is the stacker that makes piles of sewn books coming from the sewing machine in order to facilitate the operator in the discharge operations. 9 FRECCIA MAGNUM 75 SPECIAL BOOK SEWING MACHINE Freccia MAGNUM 75 is a special book sewer able to sew exceptionally large signatures. It is particularly appreciated by graphic companies for the production of OVERSIZED high quality sewn books. The machine can be supplied in the AUTOMATIC or SEMIAUTOMATIC version (hand feeding). MAGNUM 75 AUTOMATIC Book Sewer Setting stitches positioning To obtain a precise stitches positioning on the signature spine, the sewer MAGNUM 75 gives the possibility to set the position and the stitch length. P12 connected in line with an Automatic Sewer (series 4D) and it is distinguished by the high production capacity and its low investment. THE NEW CONCEPT GATHERING AND SEWING SYSTEM combines the New HORIZONTAL gathering machine and Two or more Freccia 4D Sewing machines.
