6 Portable Heaters Warranty PAYMENT: Standard terms are 50% of the sales order is due upon receipt of the goods. Net 30 days on the remaining balance. A second invoice will be sent out detailing this. A service charge of 1.5 % per month may be assessed on invoices over 30 days. SHIPPING: Freight will be pre-paid by Veloci Performance Products for all purchase orders of two machines or more. In the case of shipping one machine, Veloci Performance Products will pre-pay and add to the total of the invoice. PRICING: Veloci Performance Products reserves the right to change discounts and/or prices without notice. Trade discounts are based upon unit and dollar volume and are inclusive of warranty allowance. STATEMENT OF WARRANTY LIMITED WARRANTY ON MTM HEAT PRODUCTS Veloci Performance Products warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the period of one (1) year. Proof of Purchase must be provided at the time warranty service is requested. Therefore, you should keep your sales slip or invoice from the original purchase. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover freight damage, freezing damage, normal wear and tear from ordinary use, or damage caused by misapplication, fault, negligence, alterations, improper installation or improper maintenance and service by you or any third party that affects the performance or reliability of the product. Failure to perform normal and routine maintenance on the heater, damage related to insects, birds, or animals of any kind and damage due to weather conditions will not be not covered. This warranty does not include wear items, such as, filters, vanes, nozzles and rotors. In addition, the Limited Warranty does not cover damage to the finish, such as, scratches, dents, discoloration, rust or other weather damage after purchase. Normal use does not include use in excess of recommended maximum speeds, flows, pressures, vacuums and temperatures, or use requiring handling of fluids not compatible with components and materials noted in Veloci Performance Products products catalog, technical literature, and instructions. All Transportation costs for the return of the damaged equipment or components will be the responsibility of the purchaser. If defective Veloci Performance Products will repair or replace the defective part or equipment and return the item freight prepaid. If the item is not defective or operating normally, the item will be returned freight collect. This limited warranty is the exclusive warranty Veloci Performance Products makes no other warranty, express or implied, included but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Veloci Performance Products obligations under this warranty is, at Veloci Performance Products option during the limited warranty period, to either repair the defective part or equipment or replace with a new part or equipment upon return of the entire product to the Veloci Performance Products.
