The function replaces the need for manual balancing of the loops. Instead of balancing the system for one peak load, the system calculates the actual energy needs in the single rooms over the heating season and adapts to those needs. Versatile Uponor 12V individual room control offers 4 types of thermostats and an optional timer. The controller operates the thermal actuators, when a thermostat detects the need for heating or cooling. Various types of Uponor thermostats can be connected. Can be used for any size project A maximum of 12 thermostats and 14 thermal actuators plus the optional time switch can be connected to the 12-channel controller. The internal switching layout of the controller makes it possible to combine several thermal actuators to one thermostat without the use of cable jumpers. The unit has an in-built V transformer with two relays. For time controlled setback the Wired Timer should be used. Controller Wired Controller Timer The Wired Timer offers two timed setback programs. The unit has a large LCD screen with a simplified visual display of Comfort or ECO setting. Also has a facility for external forced ECO mode available via the remote access module ( ). White Wired Public Thermostat The thermostat dials are hidden by a cover which needs to be removed before adjustments can be made. The Public Thermostat also allows control over the minimum or maximum floor temperature when used with a floor sensor ( ). The course is aimed at both new and experienced users of our products. Day 1 gives a thorough understanding of applications of UFH in our theory suite.
