The oven system minimises heat transfer by circulating a cool air curtain around the oven. The special anti-fingerprint easy care stainless finish on the front of the oven ensures a perfect appearance to the oven, even during use, and reduces cleaning operations to the very minimum. Rapid safety valves immediately stop the outflow of gas if the flame accidentally extinguishes. Our powerful triple ring produces maximum heat and assures the perfect wok cooking result. The electronic lights the flame with a single push of the knob. The door system draws air in from the bottom of the oven door, up through the door, and around the oven cavity, vertically expelling the air up towards the rangehood.

The air purifying process involves the air in the oven passing through a catalyst honeycomb before being expelled, ensuring odours and impurities are burnt off. The high temperatures within the oven ensure all residue left behind during the cooking cycle is burnt off. All this is done with the oven in self-locking mode ensuring safety. De Longhi Wall Ovens are equipped with an innovative system for both door and oven. The oven system minimises heat transfer by circulating a cool air curtain around the oven. The door system draws air in from the bottom of the oven door up through the door and around the oven cavity, vertically expelling the air up towards the rangehood. The special anti-fingerprint easy care stainless finish on the front of the oven ensures a perfect appearance to the oven, even during use, and reduces cleaning operations to the very minimum. The grill / oven element drops down allowing easy access for cleaning, making one of those hard jobs easier. Increased glass content in our Durastone Plus enamel produces a perfectly smooth internal cavity surface enabling the oven to withstand just about anything. Cleaning is as easy as a quick wipe with a cloth soaked in a small amount of dishwashing liquid after each use. Simplicity and functionality are the key features with the new full glass inner door. A perfect seal between the oven cavity and the glass door ensures grime can be cleaned from the glass. And with the glass door slide out function, cleaning has never been this easy. Flood lighting illuminates the entire oven cavity to make checking the progress of your cooking so much easier and accurate. 15 DISHWASHERS LOADING FLEXiBILITY concealed HEATING ELEMENT TOTAL ANTI-FLOOD ELECTRONIC DISPLAY MINIMAL NOISE LEVELS Even when fully loaded, the height of the top basket can be adjusted in one simple operation without having to be removed. Similarly, the bottom basket plate holder racks can be lowered to provide extra space for saucepans and, if necessary, the cutlery basket can also be removed. Everything has been designed to maximize loading, functionality and flexibility. Concealed heating element ensures that food remains or other products do not bake onto exposed elements. To avoid all risks of leaking, selected De Longhi dishwashers are fitted with a total anti-flood system consisting of three safety devices: one under the tub, one in the tub and one on the inlet pipe. In the event of any malfunction, incoming water is instantly cut off. Along with displaying the various dishwashing functions and signaling any malfunction, the electronic display also constantly monitors the washing and drying times so you can see the remaining time left in the washing cycle at anytime. 17 RANGEHOODS Timer Two modes Touch control Easy care filters HALOGEN LIGHTING All canopies come with an integrated timer function on each speed, allowing the user to set the time for the canopy to switch off. On the 3 speed canopies, activating the timer is as simple as holding down the chosen speed button for a few seconds. The timer will last for 15 minutes. The 4 speed series canopies feature a more advanced electronic control system which incorporates an LED display, and five minute timer for each speed that diminishes the motor All De Longhi rangehoods can be used in two different ways, Extraction mode and Recirculation mode, depending on the structural characteristics of the kitchen design. Extraction mode simply means expelling the cooking vapours externally out of the home. Recirculation mode, also filters the cooking vapours and with the aid of carbon filters (optional extra), eliminates cooking odours, returning the filtered air back into the kitchen. All canopies feature a streamlined electronic touch control panel. This is located on the front of each canopy and makes the operation simple and easy.
