4 FIGURE /8 68mm 0 3/8 68mm STEP : SECURELY assemble the BASE () to the FRAME () using four RH CAPS (6), two 3/8 68mm BOLTS (0), four 3/8 SAE WASHERS (), four 3/8 RH WASHERS (5) and two 3/8 LOW HEIGHT LOCK NUTS (3) as shown in FIGURE. SECURELY assemble the REAR BASE (8) to the FRAME () using four RH CAPS (6), two 3/8 68mm BOLTS (0), four 3/8 SAE WASHERS (), four 3/8 RH WASHERS (5) and two 3/8 LOW HEIGHT LOCK NUTS (3) as shown in FIGURE.

6 FIGURE CHROME 5 3/8 70mm 9 6 STEP 3: SECURELY assemble two PAD ADJUSTS (3) to the SEAT () using two RH CAPS (6), one 3/8 70mm BOLT (9), two 3/8 SAE WASHERS (), two 3/8 RH WASHERS (5) and one 3/8 LOW HEIGHT LOCK NUT (3) as shown in FIGURE 3. SECURELY assemble one 3/ 5-5/6 CHROME PIVOT SHAFT () between the two PAD ADJUSTS (3) using two RH CAPS (6), one 3/8 70mm BOLT (9), two 3/8 SAE WASHERS (), two 3/8 RH WASHERS (5) and one 3/8 LOW HEIGHT LOCK NUT (3) as shown in FIGURE 3. 6

7 FIGURE /8 83mm 6 STEP : SECURELY assemble the SEAT PAD (6) to the SEAT () using two RH CAPS (6), two 3/8 83mm BOLTS (), two 3/8 SAE WASHERS () and two 3/8 RH WASHERS (5) as shown in FIGURE. SECURELY assemble the BACK PAD (7) to the SEAT () using two RH CAPS (6), two 3/8 83mm BOLTS (), two 3/8 SAE WASHERS () and two 3/8 RH WASHERS (5) as shown in FIGURE. 7

8 FIGURE 5 SET SCREWS 0 5 SET SCREWS 9 8 SERIAL # LOCATION 7 STEP 5: Assemble four 5 8 ROLLER PADS (8) to the SEAT () using four -/ SHAFT COLLARS (7), eight -3/8 OD PLASTIC WASHERS (9) and two 9-/ ROLLER PAD TUBES (5) as shown in FIGURE 5. Once the ROLLER PADS (8) are assembled to the SEAT (), SECURE the 9-/ ROLLER PAD TUBES (5) in place using the four SET SCREWS in the tubes on the SEAT () as shown in FIGURE 5.. Insert one 3 END CAPS () and one SQ. END CAP (0) into the BASE () as shown in FIGURE 5. 8

Guide rods with a cotton cloth. Hand grips with mild soap and water. Frame damage can be repaired with touch-up paint can be purchased from your LifeFitness customer service representative at (800) Inspect: Cables for wear or damage and proper tension (should not exceed 3/ deflection.) Pay close attention at bends and attachment points. Hardware should be checked for looseness. Tighten as required. Frames should be inspected for wear or damage.
