4 Farm Bins (Non-Stiffened and Stiffened) Farm Bins (Non-Stiffened and Stiffened) up to 5 rings are designed to provide general drying and grain storage. Farm Stiffened Heavy Gauge Drying Bins are designed for general drying, wet holding/working and storage. 5 Hopper Bins Hopper Bins are used for a short time grain storage before further technical operations. Hopper Bins of Heavy Duty is among the strongest in the industry have wide corrugations, extra-strong stiffeners, and heavy-duty hopper panels. Heavy-Duty Hopper Bins are designed for storage and aeration only. No drying. Wet grain (over 16% moisture) may be stored short-term for a maximum of 72 hours. Aeration is needed for storage. The bottom part of the bin is made of thick galvanized steel to assure strength and lifetime. The support part of the bin poses steel legs. 8 Grain Flow Spreader The complete equipment of modern bin can not be carried out without grain spreader, the role of which is huge in processing and grain storage. When choosing the bin accessories and relevant equipment it should be remembered that in grain as in the complex biochemical system constant physicochemical and biological processes occur, which depending on storage conditions, may lead to the deterioration, and even to the grain unsuitability. Having equipped the bin with grain spreader you get guarantee of high quality grain storage with reducing electricity consumption. Due to the pressure of grain flow, being inlet through the central transfer funnel, the mechanism starts rotation providing uniform distribution of the grain around the bin; prevents accumulation of fine particles in the central part of the bin; improves grain aeration of fines, keeping them from spoiling; helps create more uniform air flow through the grain; reduces grain threats due to fall from a great height; provides fast grain gassing. Gravity Grain Spreader Service Galleries Gallery Support Gallery Support is steel construction designed in the form of bolted modules. Supports can have two types of mounting: upper bin bracing and direct installation on the ground. For uniform weight distribution when heavy loads carry out, supports are equipped with additional welded elements and are attached with the bin stiffeners, that allows to transfer the load to the ground. Gallery supports are produced of galvanized steel from SSAB company. Other elements are made from cold rolled metal and exposed of hot dip galvanizing. 9 Substructure Platform Hopper bin substructures were designed to perform fast and simplified grain unload from hoppers, without use of additional auger system. Grain mass transfers through the bottom hole of the bin directly to the machine bed. The substructure itself comprises framed construction with I beams bolted connection. It is equipped with service platforms and ladders. Each substructure is applicable to support an 8 ring hopper bin of heavy duty with 45 outlet cone and 15 ft. (4.57 m) bin diameter. Service Gallery Gallery is a bolted construction on which conveyor equipment is installed to perform handling operations. It is equipped with service platforms that provide convenient and secure access to the drive. Gallery width is calculated according to the conveyor size and can range from 550 to 1050 mm., in such a way the calculation of possible weight loads is carried out. The length of gallery section is 2 m. For manufacturing galleries, sheet galvanized steel of grade G90, G140 is used, from Sweden vendors (SSAB company). Substructure Platform Cooling Bins Bin for cooling grain relates to the elevators parts for processing and grain storage and is an alternative solution in the case the equipment which performs cooling in grain drying is not installed. The structure of bin for cooling grain comprises vertical circular casing, perforated outer cover, reinforced with clamping rings and stiffeners, pressure-distributed system, compressor fan, high pressure fan, grain inlet and outlet units. To provide effective grain aeration the inner air duct is equipped with air feed limiting device, according to the grain level in the bin. Bin casing is equipped with cone bottom and load junction pipe. Its sidewalls are perforated, produced of cold rolled galvanized steel with powder paint covering to provide maximum protection against corrosion. Bin capacity depends on its planned efficiency and grain processing according to the standard range and is available of 40t., 60t., 80t. Cooling Bins 9
