The Washer-Disinfectors Getinge 4656 and 46-series have loading equipment for all types of goods and capacity needs. Some are designed for specific special tasks. 6 How to use this catalog getinge 46-4 Getinge 46-4, mostly used in surgical departments and smaller central sterile supply departments, washes items on four levels. 7 1 Transport trolleys AND storage tables 2 1Our loading and unloading equipment provides excellent ergonomics and high transport safety. Take, for example, the safety mechanism on the transport trolleys which prevent your goods from rolling away and lets you connect the carts to the Washer-Disinfector. The transport equipment is designed with hygiene in mind, with easy-to-wipe surfaces and good drip off

8 1. Transport trolleys and storage tables Transport trolley The transport trolley is used for docking and locking the carts to the machine or the loading/unloading point. By releasing the handle, the wash-cart is easily transfered into the chamber of the washer-disinfector. The handle can be placed on the right hand side or the left hand side. In dryer environments, for example on the clean side, a transport trolley without drain may be sufficient. The 4 swivel wheels make the transport trolley easy to maneuver. 16 3. MIS-WASH CARTs Fits: 46-3, 46-4, 46-5 Fits: 46-4, 46-5 MIS-wash cart The complete MIS-wash cart offers a high capacity and built-in flexibility. The wash cart has 2 wash levels with an additional ramp system on top. The ramp system consists of one straight central ramp with 8 injector bodies with Ø 15 mm, 8 injector bodies with Ø 20 mm and 4 injector bodies with Ø 29 mm. An additional 4 open injector bodies (Ø 4 mm) and 4 closed injector bodies (Ø 4 mm) are mounted as well. On the sides of this ramp, you have 20 silicon jets fitted with flexible silicone hoses, six of which are fitted with 6-8 mm male luer jets and another six with nipples. The two angled side ramps with discharge holders are fitted with 16 injector bodies (Ø 11,5 mm) with silicone covers. In total 80 connections for lumen. Art. No One loading example. 17 3. MIS-WASH CARTs Universal wash rack, L-shaped This L-shaped rack is mounted in the back of the lower basic cart. This L-shaped ramp consist of 2 holders for canulas, 4 injection pipes (Ø 4 mm), 6 hoses with nipples. An additional 5 screwed outputs are plugged and can be removed for use when necessary. The device is equipped with 8 threaded pipe bodies (bore 11.5 mm) with caps and a discharge holder. The ramp is connected to the wash cart by removing one spray arm and wash level. The ramp has 22 wide injector bodies (eight 20 mm bore + eight 15 mm bore and six injectors with caps, 11.5 mm bore) and another 8 injectors (Ø 4 mm). 21 3. MIS-WASH CARTs MIS instrument ramp with luer lock and fine filter This ramp is mounted on the OP-cart. It is specially designed for smaller instruments for example eye surgery. The sides of the ramp is equipped with 28 silicon jets. Above 20 male luer jets and 2 female luer jets are fitted. An additional 6 screwed outputs are plugged and can be removed for use when necessary. The fine filter is mounted with a tri-clamp connection. 25 AN-WASH CARTS 5Getinge has a wide range of anesthesia carts. Carts for integrated drying or for separate drying in a drying cabinet all fitted with a variable number of injectors for bags, bellows, suction bottles and smaller hoses. Getinge AN-wash carts provide excellent cleaning results by filling the hoses from below. The drying process in the spiral cart is also optimal because the spiral placement of the hoses provides excellent drip-off. Our unique AN-cart for separate drying in a drying cabinet is used with Getinge s cassette system. It boosts the Washer-Disinfector s capacity compared with integrated drying!

An additional 15 injectors (L=102 mm), 15 injectors (L= 30 mm), 6 injectors for breathing bags and 2 injectors for bellows are mounted. There is also an insert on the central pipe for mounting a tray for masks (see article on page 29, to be ordered separately). An additional 14 screwed outputs are plugged and can be removed for use when necessary. There is also an insert on the central pipe for mounting a holder for 8 smaller hoses (Art. No page 18, to be ordered separately). The cart also offers the possibility to add 2 cassettes for hoses with a maximum length of 1500 mm and a total capacity of maximum 12 hoses. The removable cassette system is optimal when you wish to dry the hoses separately in a drying cabinet (see below). For cassettes, please see page 28. (The cassettes are not included in the cart). In this case, instruments are held between the green mats. Lower and upper holders must be used together and combined with an instrument tray. The tray will protect the holders. Suitable for SPRI/ISO II. Measures: 325x235 mm Upper Lower Instrument holding system Instruments are placed between the two holders and held securely in place in the washer-disinfector. The two lower sawtooth parts of soft rubber material are adjustable in width from 60 to 210 mm. The upper holder allows two holding heights: 8 and 13mm. Art.
