1 PURCHASE ENQUIRY Inquiry No : MDG/PUR/PKS/ENQ/Ice cream, Dated: 10 th Oct, 2014 Description : Purchase Inquiry for Supply, Installation and commissioning and testing of below listed Ice-cream Processing Equipments. 1) Extrusion Line, Capacity: Pcs/hr: Qty: 1 Line 2) Ice-cream freezer-freon based: 600 LPH: Qty: 3 nos for extrusion line 3) High Speed Cone filling machine cones/hr with dedicated hardening tunnel. 4) Ice-cream freezer: 2000 LPH Ammonia for High speed Cone filling machine. 5) Fruit Feeder: 2000 LPH: Qty: 2 nos. Due Date : 28 th Oct, 2014 Estimated Cost Eligibility Criteria : Approx. 350 Lac : The Bidder/Supplier shall have turnover, in each of the last three years, at least equal to the estimated cost of the job and must have executed, in the last five years at least a contract of similar nature and of value not less than 75% of the estimated cost of the job. 7 3) High Speed Cone Filling Machine with dedicated hardening tunnel: pcs/hr Machine should have following major section: 1) Calibration unit The Cone sleeves can align into the holder ring/lamella. 2) Chocolate spraying unit for cone and tank The unit exactly sprays chocolate on the neck and inner walls of the biscuit cone.
