13 enov.co.uk How to use E-fill Products The E-fill 1 litre bottles are easy to use, and the following guidelines will help you get the best results. Always stick to the recommended dose. Over-dosing increases the cost of cleaning and can result in reduced performance and more work required (e.g. additional rinsing) Trigger Spray 1 Select the correct E-fill Super Concentrate for the cleaning task and use appropriate PPE, e.g. goggles and gloves. Always wear gloves when handling chemicals 6 Take a correctly labelled empty 750ml trigger bottle and remove the spray head (twist collar anticlockwise) 2 Read the back label to familiarise yourself with the handling requirements, hazard and usage instructions 7 Fill the trigger bottle with 750ml of clean water. Remember to replace the cap on the E-fill bottle immediately afterwards 4 Gently squeeze the bottle, pushing 9 liquid up the spout and into the dosing chamber Insert spray head back onto the trigger bottle (rotate collar clockwise until it is tight) 5 Stop squeezing once reservoir is 10 full excess liquid will drain back into the spout Double check the trigger bottle to make sure it is correctly labelled Bucket 1 5 Follow Trigger Spray steps Fill bucket with fresh, clean water 7 Pour contents of dosing chamber into bucket. Make sure the bottle is close to the water s surface and tip gently to avoid chemical splashes 8 Large buckets may require a second dose. Once dosing is completed, replace cap on E-fill bottle and return to storage Sink & Scrubber Dryer Follow the bucket dosing procedure. You will have to adapt the dose quantity in accordance to the capacity of the machine or sink being used. Typically 2-4 doses will be sufficient. Remember - always stick to the recommended dose.
