4 FROZEN MEAT FLAKER Proudly made in South Africa All components in contact with product are of the Grade 316 Stainless Steel. Parts not in contact with product are of the grade 304 Stainless Steel. Machine can flake frozen meat of -4 degrees C to -18 degrees C from 2.5kg up to 25kg. This machine forms a pre-procedure of the cutting and mixing machine and meat grinder process. Ease of operation, with simple loading of product on food grade sliders. Safety is paramount with 3 Magnetic safety switches and 1 laser sensor.
