9 DCO filter Cleaning Stage 2 Propose: Scale left in fine mesh wire DCO filter could be non-oil based, oxide scale, ST-302R could be chemical to use. Cleaning chemical: ST-302R, 80% mixed with water. 70 C for 150 min. follow by MSR-100 for 30min ultrasonic cleaning Method: high pressure water nozzle flushing 30 min ultrasonic ST-302R cleaning for 4 time, each ultrasonic cleaning has 10 min interval dipping MSR-100 ultrasonic water jet rinsing water flow test air blow dry and package.
