2 Great setup for families or couples traveling together. Two bedrooms are in the front of the house, along with the larger of the two bathrooms. The master has the King Sleep Number bed. The second bedroom has a bunk/full/trundle bed set up, idea for kids or singles or one couple. The trundle pulls out as a single bed. The middle bed has a fullsize mattress. The top bed is a bunk bed. The second bathroom is accessible both from the same front hallway that accesses the living room, master bedroom, kids' bedroom just described and the main bathroom. The second bathroom can also be accessed from the backside of the house, just off the kitchen, dining room and entrance to the Florida room. (This bath has two doors, Jack & Jill style.) The kitchen has been remodeled with stainless appliances (including a dishwasher), granite counters, undercabinet lighting and a pass through to the dining area. The dining area is quite large and includes an adjustable table that can easily seat 6 or 8 people. From the dining room you can access the laundry closet with full size washer and dryer. The Florida room leads has comfortable wicker seating and a second TV. This room provides access to the backyard. The third bedroom is located at the back of the house, between the dining room and the backyard. If you have pet allergies and do not take medication for them, you should not rent our homes. This does not mean that the home has not been cleaned, it simply means that we will not refund your money if you rent a "petfriendly" home and find it aggravates your allergies. Allergies to cleaning products: We generally make environmentallyfriendly cleaning products available in our homes, including Mrs. Meyers and Honest Company products. However, our homes are cleaned by a professional cleaning company and we do not guarantee that some portion of the home has not been cleaned with a more "traditional" cleaning product. Pool: The pool is swim at your own risk. There are alarms on the back doors so that you are alerted if the doors are opened or closed. No lifeguard will be on duty. Currently, pool service is late Thursday afternoons. If you are arriving on a Wednesday, that means that the pool may not have been cleaned for a week. Most times of the year this is not an issue, however, if it has been raining heavily there may be some sediment on the bottom. If the pool is a central reason you are reserving this home, or if you have allotted certain days of your trip to hang out by the pool vs going to the beach, please let us know IN ADVANCE and we will see what we can do about supplementing this cleaning schedule.
