The new Pro-Blend Closed Container Mixing System is an ideal solution to simplify mixing and reincorporation of suspension concentrates (SC's) and seed treatments. Each Closed System Includes: Closed Mixer (Viton Seals), Integrated Air or Nitrogen Filter, Regulator, 1/4" Male Quick Connect Air Inlet Fitting and heavy duty Micro Matic 3 Key Coupler. Large flat bubbles are formed immediately above the down tube and begin rising toward the surface. Bubbles continue to rise upward, forcing heavier particles to the surface and creating a vertical mixing action that quickly involves the entire contents of the container. As each bubble breaks surface, they push liquids across the top of the container and down the sides 4to the bottom, completing the circulation. Provides flow rate of 49 GPM. * Liquid Inlet: 1" NPT Male Thread attaches to fill hose. Vapor Recovery Outlet: 1/4" NPT Female Thread attaches to hose from bulk tank to create a closed loop filling environment. Keyed Connection: 3 Pin Male Key connects to Container Valve for filling. 11 Closed Jug Dispensing and Rinsing The quick & easy Closed Jug System is designed to extract liquid pesticides from a jug into a transfer/mixing system and triple rinse in a closed system environment. It includes an integrated water rinse system, pressure relief valve and the Micro Matic Closed, Sealed & Secure dry break quick connect Coupler & Container Valve Technology. Breather Vent One Way Air Inlet Valve Allows for air to enter Dispense Coupler and into jug for quick dispensing. Handle Ergonomic & Ease to Use Used to activate & deactivate closed system liquid transfer. When handle is activated, internal cutter breaks seal of jug and allows for liquid to transfer from jug into inductor / mixing tank.
