2 Energy Efficiency Labeling and Standard(1) 4 Definition - Energy Efficiency Labeling and Standard was introduced in Commonly used products that use large amount of energy be labeled with energy efficiency ratings ranging from level 1 to 5 - The products that do not meet MEPS are banned from production and sales. MEPS:Minimum Energy Performance Standard - Non-compliance of this system would result in penalties.

6 High-efficiency Electric Product Certification(1) 8 Definition This program has been implemented since 1992 to promote high-efficiency equipment by guaranteeing the efficiency of equipment that meet certain level of standards. A certification is issued for the certified products. They can bear the high-efficiency label This program is a voluntary program Supports to promote high-efficiency equipment
