3 House On entering the main house, the sweeping staircase is the focal point into the hall making a perfect entrance for any guest seeking a spectacular picture-perfect moment. The House hosts The Main Lounge, The Bar, The Conservatory, The Kitchen, The Ladies and Gents Washrooms, The Master Bedroom, The Dressing Room, three additional bedrooms rooms and a downstairs cloakroom. 2

4 Setting The House shares natures beauty, unselfishly it truly is the most perfect setting for the most perfect of moments. The gardens at The House are a reflection of peace and tranquillity offering pockets of curiosity for every guest looking to absorb its beauty. The gardens are surrounded by bold trees from the woodlands giving a sense of tranquillity, security and privacy, as well as the breath taking weeping willows with hanging lanterns light up and shares the beauty of the garden after sun set, allowing picture perfect memories for anyone behind the camera. An enchanting energy fills the gardens with still and calmness. The central garden offering an intimate setting for the perfect private drinks party or gathering. 5 Main Lounge The Main Lounge is a fine oak panelled room with open fire giving it the warmest of welcomes. The room delivers a variant of options to suit each chosen wedding, business meeting, event, private dinner, special event, coffee morning, charity fundraiser or workshop for up to fifty guests. The room doubles up to be an adaptable standing function room for up to eighty to one hundred guests with a dance floor, stage and DJ. The views from the windows overlook the breath taking private gardens. 4

6 Bar and Conservatory The Bar hosts the top twenty gins, together with a great selection of wines, beers and spirits. The modern and homely feel to The Bar makes every visit most relaxed and welcoming for all who share the moment. The Conservatory extends into The Bar beautifully and is a delightful sun filled room fit for any private gathering, breakfast, lunch or cocktail evening. It also shares a view out to the central garden where the best of drinks receptions and gatherings take place. The Conservatory leads gently outdoors to the delights of the garden. 5

7 Master Bedroom The Master Bedroom overlooks the gardens from the first floor. This spacious, airy and romantic modern room provides the perfect setting for the preparation needed for any bride. It also provides the most perfect weekend or overnight break away from the fast pace of life itself. Egyptian cotton sheets provide the feeling of luxury while the ensuite with freestanding bath and luxury towels give endless hours of relaxation. The room has a private bar, TV and tea and coffee facilities, with further facilities available upon request. 6

8 Dressing Room The Dressing Room includes a double bed with en-suite, yet has dual purpose and is mindful of any stay or day ahead and provides the perfect space for the hair and makeup artist to prepare you for your celebration. 7

9 Toilets The ladies toilets have embellished mirrors and slate background giving a thoroughly modern feel. There are three ladies cubicles and the all-important vanity table to freshen up and do all those make up touch ups. The gents toilets have a similar modern feel, with the focal point being the in-house fish tank. 8

10 Garden The Garden encompasses and secures every part of The House, its beauty is endless and unforgiving. Offering a central reception area perfect for drink receptions and gathering, the enchanting feel brings mystery and the desire to explore. Oversized chess, crochet and boule provide many a challenge between guests and children. The extension of the garden from the central lawn is enhanced by a delightful pond and bridge leading over to the edge of the woodlands. The garden optimises the most picture-perfect setting. 9

11 Sunken Garden The Sunken Garden caters for the most intimate of moments, with its walled security and central wedding pergola it is the most perfect setting for exchanging vows and sharing those magic moment with your family, friends and loved ones. 12 Mughal Tent The Mughal Tent is a unique setting for any occasion and has a capacity of up to two hundred sit down guests, with two bars, a dance floor and a stage to set the scene for a celebration to remember. The central atrium of The Mughal Tent is a stunning feature which gives The Tent a unique look and feel. It is available for hire to enable you to celebrate anytime, anywhere. 1 1

This large catering space allows any house party to be part of the celebration.
