Originally part of the Bray Estate, this classic period barn was skillfully converted into a magnificent family home about ten years ago. Typical of the building s age, the interior is full of character with extensive exposed timbering and vaulted ceilings. The complete refurbishment has included the provision of two oak staircases and stunning galleried landings overlooking the living areas. A high degree of thermal insulation was used during the refurbishment which has also encompassed high quality and state of the art features including under floor heating, oak and slate flooring, air conditioning, computer controlled Lutron lighting and Cat 5 cabling.
