1 CITY OF OZARK STANDARD DRAWING DETAILS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS 2010 EDITION CITY OF OZARK, MISSOURI

2 REVISIONS TO THE 2009 EDITION The following revisions have been made to the 2009 edition of the city of Ozark Standard Drawing Details for Public Improvements for the 2010 edition. 1. Standard detail # , Embedment of Pipe, revision #3, dated , the clearance between the pipe and the trench wall was refined. 2. Standard detail # , Asphalt Street Repair, revision #2, dated , the 12 distance between the trench wall and the pavement cut was changed to Standard detail # , Concrete Street Repair, revision #0, dated , the 12 distance between the trench wall and the pavement cut was changed to Standard detail # , Typical Pavement, revision #5, dated , the pavement and base thicknesses were adjusted and the pavement width of residential collector was adjusted to the OTO standards. 5. Standard detail # , Cul-De-Sac Plan, revision #2, dated , the maximum length for cul-de-sac was added. 6. Standard detail # , Temporary Turn-Around, revision #1, dated , the maximum length for dead-end streets was added. A note was also added for T type or Branch type temporary turn-around was added. 7. Standard detail # , Handicap Zone Striping, revision #2, dated , the yellow striping was changed to white and the note; (Blue lines may supplement white parking space markings) was added. 3. Standard detail # , Standard Curb, revision #0, dated was revised to reflect concrete pavement requirements and different pavement thickness. 4. Standard detail # , Mountable Curb, revision #0, dated was deleted and replaced with the joint layout detail for concrete and renamed Joint Layout, Concrete. 8. Standard detail # , Concrete Curb At Inlet, revision #0, dated was deleted. 9. Standard detail # , 4 Sidewalk, revision #1, dated was revised to ensure compliance with ADA and joint requirements.

3 10. Standard detail # , 8 Sidewalk, revision #1, dated was revised to ensure compliance with ADA and joint requirements. 11. Standard detail # , Concrete Sidewalk and Driveway, revision #3, dated was renamed Residential Driveway and Sidewalk and revised to ensure compliance with ADA and joint requirements. 12. Standard detail # , Curb Ramp Type I revision #2, dated was revised to ensure compliance with ADA and the dome details were added. 13. Standard detail # , Curb Ramp Type II revision #2, dated was revised to ensure compliance with ADA and the dome details were added. 14. Standard detail # , Concrete Joint ; Additional joint details were added to the existing details. 12. Standard detail # , Commercial Driveway and Sidewalk was added. 13. Standard detail # , Standard Sewer Service, revision #3, dated was revised to indicate minimum depth for service line. 14. Standard detail # , Inserta-Tee was added. 15.
