4 master plan process 1 Community Meeting #1: Codesign/Design Charette Encourage multi-generational participation by involving schools, senior center, Lafayette Youth Advisory Council, community groups, etc. Get the word out using social media, city website, post at spots around the community, and publish in school communications. Gather participants thoughts on their park vision by reviewing image boards and going through a design charette process. 2 3 Team drafts two plans and reviews with the city Community Meeting #2: Concept Plan Review Present two concept plans to community and review the process of getting to that point. Distribute electronic survey to gain input on plans. Post plans on city website and solicit input electronically. 4 Team drafts final master plan and presents to city and community team
