3 INTRODUCTION A glorious setting for this farmhouse and barns in a private and tranquil location amidst beautiful Shropshire countryside and with views. The paddocks of over 15 acres with a stream, surround the farmhouse with a courtyard arrangements of stone barns, dutch barns and tennis court. The courtyard barns are in good condition with a home office, large party room and range of stores. There is potential to create further residential conversion, holiday lets or annexe accommodation subject to the necessary planning permissions. The present owners have livestock but originally had equestrian interests with good storage, fenced paddocks and water supplies to each. LOCATION Lower Faintree is a small rural hamlet located on the outskirts of Bridgnorth surround by glorious Shropshire countryside. The historic market town of Bridgnorth offers an extensive selection of facilities including shops, first and secondary schooling, health services, post offices and numerous pubs, cafés and restaurants. There is also a good selection of sports clubs, weekend markets and local attractions such as the Severn Valley Steam Railway, River Severn and the Cliff Railway. ACCOMMODATION The accommodation is well proportioned with a good flow and the farmhouse kitchen providing a welcoming hub to the main living areas. On the ground floor most rooms have flagstone floors, exposed beams and cast iron radiators. In brief the living accommodation comprises: spacious hall with inglenook fireplace, guest WC and stores off, drawing room with views to three elevations and inglenook open fire, sitting room being open plan to the farmhouse kitchen, designed and bespoke built by Dayrooms, incorporating an electric two oven AGA and double oven companion, integrated dishwasher, pantry cupboards, Belfast sink and large fridge freezer. The cream shaker style units with granite work tops include a large island with breakfast bar, ceiling down lighters and breakfast area with patio doors to a southerly facing terrace with views. The open plan design leads on to a formal dining area and beyond into a large dual aspect garden room. Cellar accessed from the garden. The first floor landing with airing cupboard gives access to: Master bedroom with dual aspect and spiral staircase leading to the spacious en-suite bathroom. There is a further house bathroom and the landing gives access to 29ft x 18ft bedroom that has potential to be redesigned having a large luxury en-suite off and linked further bedroom. 4 OUTSIDE Entering from the track, the drive divides into two with one drive leading behind the barns to the paddocks, a concrete yard and the dutch barns.
